Ethan was very helpful in answering all our questions and we never felt pressured. He found us the model and body style that matched what we were looking for, along with the options and price range we wanted, plus some extras...love the moonroof and awesome Sony audio system!!! Ethan went over the interior/exterior features and functions, and left no question unanswered. Coming from Cleveland, Ohio 7 hours away, Baha put any concerns at ease with his communication and info. Once we arrived to look at the 2014 Mustang they had, we were greeted by staff right at the front walkway and met with Baha who went over all the specifics with us and any other staff interaction while there was courteous and pleasant. The Mustang was even more than I could have hoped in overall condition and Team Ewald went beyond to ensure once we purchased(actually before we arrived) that all aspects of the car were road trip worthy for the long trek back home. Shocking Not gonna lie, I do t have the greatest credit score... ok actually it’s a poor credit score.... some how I ended up walk-in out of there with a 0% in Not gonna lie, I do t have the greatest credit score... ok actually it’s a poor credit score.... some how I ended up walk-in out of there with a 0% interest and monthly payments of less than 400 a month on a 2018 fusion se with the tech package. Exactly what I was looking for. The car was even test droven, it had 7 miles on it. The only two things the car doesn’t have is remote start and navigation... those are literally the only two downfalls, but hey with my score I am ecstatic about my car. Everyone was nice as ever too. Thank you to Al and the owner for this experience. Honestly I wish I could give Al more stars for his overall experience. More
