General Maintenance Overall, everything was fine. However the oil change and tire rotation almost took 2 hours. That’s too long to wait for that service, especially wi Overall, everything was fine. I also had Mark run a quote for me for tires which he did and did a nice job of explaining. I also ask for a plastic rivot to be replaced by the the gas cap, but that was not done. More

Bad service department After picking up our 2105 Tiguan it had large coolant leak , hose clamp was left off after turbo replacement . Coolant was sprayed all over engine bay After picking up our 2105 Tiguan it had large coolant leak , hose clamp was left off after turbo replacement . Coolant was sprayed all over engine bay and leaking no way was this car tested after service . And after turbo failure engine oil should have been changed it was not . More
