I was offered an excellent rate from my lender and needed a new vehicle quickly. Knowing I simply wanted to upgrade my existing model made the shopping easy, but unfortunately my regular dealer was closed du a new vehicle quickly. I found two perfect choices at this dealership, and had timely and effective back and forth with the sales manager Jake and another salesperson I think was named Tyson. I was nervous about purchasing from them for a few reasons, one being that of course it’s a dealership and I had desire to haggle, another was my trade in value needed to be fair, and I also was worried about social distancing standards. Turns out I didn’t need to worry at all. I got a more than fair trade in value, an extremely good price on the new vehicle, and they handled all the paperwork with ease. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean, and I just love the incredible deal I got. I would highly recommend going there. AND I don’t even mind that I have to drive an hour for servicing. More

I was less than impressed with my purchase. The truck I purchased had a cracked exhaust manifold which Required repair days after the purchase. The dealership did provide me a check for partial costs of the repair but only after I brought it to their attention that the truck was leaking exhaust fumes into the cab of the truck and that I felt that repair should have been addressed before selling to a customer. Also little things about the experience were an issue. The truck came with only 1 key. The tire jack a and tire iron were missing for the spare tire. The dealership did very little to best prepare this vehicle for sell. More
