Service Sales mgr was not responsive & tech issues as well My sales mgr was not responsive to making apt, returning calls, etc. Tech wasn't able to diagnose my transmission shifting problem in my new Denali My sales mgr was not responsive to making apt, returning calls, etc. Tech wasn't able to diagnose my transmission shifting problem in my new Denali Yukon. $60000 new SUV and transmission doesn't work and I cant get it replaced or even fixed. Nothing but excuses. Was told to try calling GM direct and see what they say. Window was repaired and still screeched the next day. Tried to fix the exhaust valve but still rattles. No car wash. I get a tiny buick encore as a rental. Only 4 seats, no storage, hitch for towing. I was promised a full suv/truck when I bought my new Yukon. Thats a problem everytime I take it in, which is a lot. Not sure what do. Can you help? John More

I was offered an excellent rate from my lender and needed a new vehicle quickly. Knowing I simply wanted to upgrade my existing model made the shopping easy, but unfortunately my regular dealer was closed du a new vehicle quickly. Knowing I simply wanted to upgrade my existing model made the shopping easy, but unfortunately my regular dealer was closed during quarantine. I found two perfect choices at this dealership, and had timely and effective back and forth with the sales manager Jake and another salesperson I think was named Tyson. I was nervous about purchasing from them for a few reasons, one being that of course it’s a dealership and I had desire to haggle, another was my trade in value needed to be fair, and I also was worried about social distancing standards. Turns out I didn’t need to worry at all. I got a more than fair trade in value, an extremely good price on the new vehicle, and they handled all the paperwork with ease. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean, and I just love the incredible deal I got. I would highly recommend going there. AND I don’t even mind that I have to drive an hour for servicing. More
