We visited three Subaru dealerships in the state of Maine, with Evergreen being our final stop. It was well worth the 300 mile drive. Our dealings were primarily with Jim Hanson who is extremely knowledgeable about cars in general and most certainly about the Subaru's that he sells. The car we finally made a deal on was 'in transit' to the dealership so after we returned to Canada, Jim kept in contact with me via email providing me with status updates on my vehicle. Jim was and continues to be available to answer questions and give advice to help us get the most out of our Subaru driving experience. As Canadian customers, it was important to us that we purchase from a dealership well versed in the process of exporting a car from the US into Canada. I dealt with Jim with my son and daughter when they bought thier Subarus (or is it Subari for plural?) so I knew I was in good hands. Jim knew just what we wanted and searched to find that car. I emailed Evergreen for info on an '11 Forester and got a response right away. I told them when I would like to come check it out and they were ready and willing to help me out as soon as I arrived. I had been offered 'invoice' pricing at 2 other Subaru dealers and right away Evergreen said they would do $500 below invoice (in the initial email). The entire experience was quick and seemless. My salesman, Jim, gave us a tour of the facility and made me feel very comfortable buying a car there. And to top it all off, they give you a lifetime valet program for any service needed on the car. I will be sure to recommend Evergreen Subaru to my friends and family. More

The service department at this dealership is beyond superb. I have dealt with many and will now go NOWHERE else.
