This place is a ripoff. The Mercedes C250 that I owned had a completely rusted subframe after only 56,000 miles and they charged over $3,500 and had no explanation as to why this occurred, even though the had a completely rusted subframe after only 56,000 miles and they charged over $3,500 and had no explanation as to why this occurred, even though they claim to have seen no rust just 8 months earlier during its regular servicing and alignment. Normally such a defective product would be replaced at no cost to the customer since there were no conditions that could explain the damage to this critical part of the car. This particular dealership took no responsibility for this poor quality product. Not only would I not use this dealership, but I would give up on Mercedes altogether. They attempted to add more charges at the same time that they were claiming to give a discount. The end result was that the overall charge to the customer did not truly decrease but stayed the same because they would offset any discount with an additional charge. Save yourself the time and money. More

Never use this dealership , they take advantage of people that dont know much about cars especially women . This is the fourth time I had my wife go there to get ripped off , for a flat tire they want her to that dont know much about cars especially women . I purchased my wife a brand new G Wagon from EuroMotorcars In Bethesda. The sale went smoothly and Edwin was a fine salesman. All of the problems started 100ish miles after that. With my wife driving, the car transmission locked up in a busy intersection. Luckily, she escaped unscathed. The car was taken into Euro. 24 days later - the truth has emerged. Euro's "Award Winning" Service Department can not fix it and are seeking a lifeline from Mercedes in Germany. Makes you wonder how you get the award? My wife and I really like Charlie Rouse in the service department, but his fine personal touches can not mask the incompetence behind him. Any car, let alone a G Wagon should not fail immediately - especially in such a dangerous manner. And. If you sell the car, you should be able to fix it. Lots of credible Mercedes dealership's in the area. Look elsewhere. More

Both are gentlemen in the true sense - courteous, helpful, honest, responsive. And the option to schedule on-line with my chosen advisor makes the process easy start to finish. My loyalty to the service center inspired me to go back to Euromotors over other local dealerships for our recently purchased new car.
