I purchased a GLE53 from this dealership. It was my first time working with them. Danny Nasr was the representative who guided and assisted me through the process. I was referred to this dealer through my family and I have to admit the customer is second to none. Danny in the sales department went beyond to make sure we find the perfect vehicle will the all options that we wanted. The biggest fear is walking into a dealer and you are being pushed or rushed and that was not the case at all. In fact Danny took his time for about 3 months until he found the most perfect SUV for our family. The finance department worked very smoothly and made sure that we get the best deal possible. On a personal note: I wanted to surprise my wife with the new vehicle. Danny drove the new vehicle to DC in front of the restaurant where we had planned. Beautiful red bow on it. He took back our older car. My wife was surprised. Danny went beyond to make sure this whole process goes smoothly. Talking about customer service, this is different level.
