I spoke to the internet dept and was told to see this salesman, I went there and spoke to him but he didnt know the functions or the answers to my questions. He must have told me 3-4 times when you come back you are to only see me as if I was his property and that turned me off. I would not go back there, not at all. I purchased my car from Sunrise Ford. Much friendlier and more informative. More
I called this dealership to ask about a certain color and package on a new F150..I worked with the whom I thought was the salesperson but apparently it was the internet manager. I was told the truck I was looking for was actually on their lot. So I drove 55 miles to see it. I got to the dealership and was switched to now a salesperson that knew nothing of the days I had worked with the internet manager and the internet manager took off and was no where to be found. I was told by the salesperson that he gets paid to get you in the door and will basically lie to you ( which I thought was weird that a fellow employee would say that about another employee) but needless to say the truck was not there. He did locate the vehicle we wanted and it was in another state. Thankfully he walked away from the desk and left the paper on the desk and I looked at it and found where the truck was at. I did give them the opportunity to sell me the car but they wanted to make 10k on me so I left. The next day , I called the dealership where the truck was at and 2 days later I drove 12 hours to NC to buy the truck. Thank you Advantage Ford for locating it for me , but the lies and the deceit kept me from buying from you. You better start listening to your reviews if you want to sell cars. With internet these days, people won't buy from one that has such bad reviews. Better luck next time! More
I went in and had some idea what I wanted to buy but not really sure what I could. I then dealt with Melissa at the service department because I missed an appointment for a free thirty day check up and they took me in the next day with no problem. I feel so good about my purchase and I'm very happy with Advantage Ford and my salesman Husain. I highly recommend them. More

We were told it would be here in 4-5 days, then another week, then ANOT We purchased a vehicle about a month ago.... And still have not received it. We were told it would be here in 4-5 days, then another week, then ANOTHER week. First they know were the car is then they don't. All we keep getting is the run around and now they are saying we are costing them money because they are paying for our rental car. Well get me my car!! Lots of calls with very few returned calls. I DO NOT recommend Stuart Ford Advantage!!! Apparently Rodney no longer works for them for making bad deals yet they won't help make this right More
I found a truck on the internet, checked to see if it was still there , filled out credit app. drove 30 min. to get there, test drove the truck, went inside to sign the papers to buy and it was then they tol still there , filled out credit app. drove 30 min. to get there, test drove the truck, went inside to sign the papers to buy and it was then they told me the price was wrong. it was $4266. more. They said someone hacked into their site and changed that price. What a CROCK. That was the price all day and is still on the internet at that price. They use this to get people in and switch prices in hopes that they are stupid enough to buy it anyway. I got up and walked out and I will be sure to tell everyone I can about what rip off artists they are. More

Every time I visit the Ford dealer, I have a customer service issue. This Ford dealer, Advantage Ford, Stuart, FL, normal practice is to rip off the customer and then apoligize. Both my chargers in my car stopped working. I was told on an oil change visit 2 days ago it was not the fuses and needed to schedule an appointment to have it checked. I was subsequently charged $138 to replace two $3.00 fueses that took less than 30 minutes. Absolutely outrageous and an embarrassment to Ford. I will add my comments to all the customer review sites I can find because Ford Motor Company would never respond to a customer issue. More
