KBB on my vehicle for trade in is $14,000 and they wanted to offer me $10,500 and NOT the $5000 over KBB. The finance manager said there really isn't $5,000 over KBB they just have to find a vehicle with a lot of rebates to be able to give that to you. WHAT!?! I'm was more disappointing that they would NOT even offer me KBB trade in on my vehicle which and wanted to give me $4,000 less. I will be going elsewhere. 100 % False Advertisement. More
