Advantage Ford for Service Works for Me! Earlier today (Wed., Oct. 16), I received an email from Adriana Roque at Advantage Ford informing me that "your MKX is due for service". The service on my vehicle was handled at Advantage Ford on September 26. This is not the first time duplication has happened. There's a glitz in the system somewhere on this one. Otherwise, I am most pleased with Advantage Ford. I'd like to purchase another Lincoln in the Stuart area. I don't like the Ft. Pierce Lincoln dealership, nor do I want to go there for sales and service. Others have expressed to me the desire to purchase a Lincoln in Martin County. More

The financial advisor was also most informative ,explaining all the forms needing my signature. As my husband and I were taking possession of my Explorer, Stephanie, graciously helped program our cell phone to the car. We were most thankful to her knowledge and helpfulness in explaining our new options on the Explorer. I had a good experience buying my Explorer XLT at Advantage. Thank you! More

Not so Quick Lube oil change Arrived at Quick lube lane 730am for The Works oil change. Understood would be at least 2 hours. Truck was pulled in about 900am and at 1015am I check Arrived at Quick lube lane 730am for The Works oil change. Understood would be at least 2 hours. Truck was pulled in about 900am and at 1015am I checked with Matt my service advisor to see what my ETA was, The truck was on a lift but had not been touched when Matt went to check on it. He told me it would be about fifteen minutes and I could see no one was working on it until then. I left at approx 1115am with no good explanation of why it took so long. As I pull a 8000 lb trailer I checked the torque on the lug nuts today to find 4 of them on different wheels were finger tight. This is the second bad experience I have had your dealership and am not sure if I am willing to give your service department third chance. What use to be a 39.99 special is now 75.00 and what use to take a couple of hours now takes 4 hours. A very disappointing experience!!!!! More
