not good mechanic put 40 lbs pressure in the tires when it calls for 35. Had oil hand prints on the hood and drivers door. Mechanic put the oil sticker about mechanic put 40 lbs pressure in the tires when it calls for 35. Had oil hand prints on the hood and drivers door. Mechanic put the oil sticker about 5 inches from the corner where the old one was and it had an oily thumbprint on it. I had to take off the glue from the old sticker but that's no big deal. Never had a problem like this with a dealership but how do I go back? More

Great service Brian did a great job over the phone assuring me that if I came in for an oil change he would do everything possible to accommodate me. Door warranty work and head light bulb replacement. Door work wasn’t done that day, car overnight there. Part broke an now have to reschedule another day ! Made an appointment to buy a specific car because of the option packages. Told them several times we were driving an hour to get there so we wanted to make sure that car was there. After multiple confirmations, we arrived for the appointment and watched the sales staff walk around the parking lot for 45 minutes searching for the car. They finally told us it must have been stolen. A car with an upgraded security system? Ok, if that's the case, how about sitting us down to try to find something else? Worst customer service ever at a Ford dealership. We drove an hour for a reason- to buy a car. Ended up going next door to Audi and buying a much more expensive car. Walk over there and take some customer service lessons. More
