We always take our vehicle to Ertle for Service. The last service we got an oil change and tire rotation. The dealer ship mentioned we need to change the air filter. I decided to change it myself. When installing the filter I noticed the windshield wiper fluid was very low. I put about a half gallon of fluid in the reservoir. We a little disappointed that the service mechanic did not fill the reservoir tank up with fluid. More

The $19. 72 oil change was a very good deal, but you have to get an appointment over a week in advance. Since my husband is a former mechanic, he advised her to take it home to her local Subaru dealer near where she lives (in another state). At first they cost me $1300 just for the front and rear brake replacement. I didn't agree, I called my dad and then I just had the brake changed for $790. It doesn't cost more than $400 to buy the whole part, whether it's $100 or $200 for labor, $500 or $600, but if the engine or gearbox is changed, can’t imagine how much they will ask More
