People always friendly but have been disappointed twice My car is never ready when they tell me it will be. I never received the second key fob I was supposed to get when I bought my cart. When I brought it up at my check up visits, it wasn’t addressed. Follow through seems to be an issue here. I understand things happen which is why I didn’t give a review with the first incident there but after this last one, I’m beginning to see a pattern. I will say, my experience with the staff has always been pleasant and my actual car buying experience a year ago was great. It’s the follow-up appointments i have had issues with. I’m sure the service is good. Never had an issue there. It’s just the lack of communication and the seeming disorganization. More
Great service Ertle Subaru did not have in stock the exact vehicle I wanted but the salesman did his best to get me one that was very close to my first choice. Not impressed I arrived at 10 am for a 10 am appointment. People had arrived before me so my appointment was moved to 10:30 with no explanation. At 11:30 I was told I arrived at 10 am for a 10 am appointment. People had arrived before me so my appointment was moved to 10:30 with no explanation. At 11:30 I was told that the car would be there much longer and offered a loaner. I was called at 4:30 to say my car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car I was told that I should have filled up with gas before I returned it. I went back out to top off the car's gas. It took $2.02 of gas. I did not find out that I had left something in the car until 8 pm, so I called the next morning to find out if I had left it in the car. I seemed unable to talk to anyone who would look. So I kept calling. More

Worst service experience of all time took my car into ciocca Subaru after another shop pointed out that the clutch housing on my 2015 STI was cracked and Recommended that I should take t took my car into ciocca Subaru after another shop pointed out that the clutch housing on my 2015 STI was cracked and Recommended that I should take to dealership. my service advisor at ciocca walked me through their diagnosis and informed me that the only way that housing could have been cracked is if differential work was done on the car. I was extremely disgusted when I learned this because Ertle Subaru had performed differential work on my car 2 years prior and allowed me to drive the car in that condition (will never take my car there again). I filed a claim with SOA because I didn’t want to deal with ERTLE Subaru ever again as they had also chipped paint from my BBS wheels at the time of the differential repair and they had to get a company to refinish them only AFTER I had to point out the condition the car was returned (paint doesn’t match the other 3). Ciocca was very accommodating and even spoke the the claim specialist at SOA on my behalf several times to make sure I was taken care of. Needless to say my claim was approved and ciocca fixed my car at no expense to me. If you are if need of service work, I recommend taking your car to ciocca or Faulkner because Ertle technicians apparently have no idea what they are doing and are very negligent. How the technician can crack my clutch housing AND chip paint from my wheels and not say anything is NOT ok. More
Great people, great service! As of this writing I now own 2 Subaru Imprezas. Last year I bought a 2019 Impreza for the wife and just 3 days ago bought a 2015 used Impreza (you'd n As of this writing I now own 2 Subaru Imprezas. Last year I bought a 2019 Impreza for the wife and just 3 days ago bought a 2015 used Impreza (you'd never know it was used!) and the service team, the sales team (our girl Meghan Ertle) and the finance team were all awesome. Service done right on my 2019 and the sales and finance people did everything the could to get me my 2015 car within my budget. Sometimes things speak to you. This 2015 car did just that. I wanted it the minute I sat in it. I was able to bring her home thanks to Meghan & Jim Ertle, Kyle Beers and Dave in finance. Thanks to all! <3 More
