Almost 100% certain they forgot my tire rotation. I was sitting where the garage bay is watching my car being worked on. I saw the mechanic do the oil change but never touched the tires. I doubt they did the rotation else where in the shop but since I didn't see where the car went after they drove off with it I cannot say for certain. It also took the girl at the desk forever to come back to her station after my car was finished. Staff is good though overall, no complaints with any of them. More
