I brought my 2019 Forrest in as they were just opening in the morning on April 11th around 7:30. The check engine light had come on and I had no heat coming into the car and the water temp and oil gauge w in the morning on April 11th around 7:30. The check engine light had come on and I had no heat coming into the car and the water temp and oil gauge were reading cold and low respectively. I wanted to leave it and needed a loaner to return to work. They were very accommodating and took down my information. As I was waiting for the loaner my car was already in the back for a diagnostic check. I received a text from Natalia the service manger at about 8:30 to tell me I could call or text her if needed. At 1:00 she sent a text to let me know that I needed a new thermo control valve and my car was repaired and ready to pick up. Also there was no charge as it was still under warranty. When I arrived it was not only ready but it had been washed and looked like it was just leaving the showroom. I also spoke to Nick who went over my warranty and extended warranty plan and reassured me that I was good until 2029 or 100.000 miles. Before leaving that day I let both Nick and Natalia know how I was so pleased in every aspect of my experience at Ertle, as it was excellent and I was treated as if I were coming in to purchase a new vehicle. Natalia also sent me a text a few days later to ask me if all of my concerns were taken care of and if I was satisfied with how they cared for me and my car. I told my co-workers about it.
