Recall notice I had to take my car in for a recall notice repair. Luckily I got in earlier than my appointment so I was the first one in line to get that repair so I had to take my car in for a recall notice repair. Luckily I got in earlier than my appointment so I was the first one in line to get that repair so I was able to wait for less than two hours for my car which meant I would not have to rent a car and come back the next day to get my car because I live on whidbey island which means ferry fees. I got a free car wash coupon as well. I bought my car from epic and I’ve been going there for years with my previous Fords. The only thing they could do better Is if they could’ve removed the seat cover and floor cover and Removed the ticket from my mirror. I had to remove those and take them home to throw away. More

Oil change and service Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was told the front axle seal is leaking when I inquired if they had checked the differential oil they told Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was told the front axle seal is leaking when I inquired if they had checked the differential oil they told me they weren't qualified to do that they had to remove a cover the only cover I know of they had already removed to change the oil very simple to stick your finger in and see if the fluids lower or not made me feel very uncomfortable I have to drive all the way back to Arizona they also told me I needed a new rear windshield wiper which I purchased a brand new two weeks ago I can't tell for sure but I don't think they rotated the tires either I paid a premium to have my Expedition serviced at the Ford dealer and show I would have been better off going to Jiffy Lube More
