However, Jeffrey Stephenson, service representative, and his master mechanic, Chris, have taken a personal interest in helping me restore it when other service centers did not want to be bothered with it. Chris, rebuilt a window switch connector so that I now have windows that work perfectly! Most importantly, I need a new engine, and Jeffrey and Chris have found a new one that I can afford to replace my current one. This required extra time and effort on their part, which I appreciate. Epic employees not only want to help get the repairs and restorations done well, but they also advise me as to how to save money in the process! The people I have interacted with at Epic are professional, yet with a personal touch. They care about you as a customer, and they care about your vehicle. They have treated me and my "old" car with respect and much consideration. I highly recommend their organization! More
