There service manager has stopped contacting us after someone in their department damaged our rental and has tried to blame us for the damage because their cameras conveniently didn’t see anything. We dropped the rental off at the dealership and were told to leave our keys with the our sales person. We’ve come to learn that it was left at Epic for 2 days and not returned to enterprise the next morning like we were told it would be. Nobody from Epic Chevrolet has contacted us and refused to return and calls or messages. More

When setting up the service, I asked the service advisor to make sure I had a loaner car ready. I asked what type of vehicle, and he told me it would be a Chevy Truck. My experience with Epic was perhaps the easiest experience I have had in buying a new car. Of course the paperwork is still a pain although there is nothing the dealer can do about that.
