A bunch of deceiving, scammer like behavior activity during my most recent encounter. The sales person Lupe, seemed to be in good standing....however, the group of Managers that Lupe was working with, A during my most recent encounter. The sales person Lupe, seemed to be in good standing....however, the group of Managers that Lupe was working with, Alex (Manager) and the other men that were in the office at the time of my experience are a bunch of money hungry, deceiving, liars. Once they ran my credit. They decided to mark up the car/ tack on a bunch of dealer add-ons and blame it on a typo. I briefly went into the office and inquired as to why they were doing that after having had previous verbal agreements and printout. Their response? A typo on the website. Apparently a typo on multiple websites? Yeah okay... whatever you say pal. If there was a typo on the various websites, how did we come to a conclusion on price? Why did I bother coming to seal the deal? Why change the price AFTER they ran my credit? They have false advertising and attempted to swindle me by adding a series of "dealer add-ons" that were previously discussed during the initial negotiation process. The websites where the price was posted also clearly stated "dealer prices/fees included". We agreed on a price and next thing you know, they are adding them back after they ran my credit. These guys are a bunch of scammers. There was no loyalty on their part and I will never recommend anyone to this dealership. STAY AWAY. More
