If I could give 0 i would. We will never go back. We purchased our car here and took it in fir service as the telemetry system doesn't work anymore ans they have no idea how to We will never go back. We purchased our car here and took it in fir service as the telemetry system doesn't work anymore ans they have no idea how to fix it and no idea how long it would take but they want me to leave my car without an offer of a prorated rental or loaner car on an issue they confirm is not my fault its a Toyota issue. Then while im at the deal waiting for them to repair it I get called by them to try to get me to buy a car. My car has 50k miles on it if Toyota is so reliable why do I need a new car.....because they know they cant fix it. After telling them no THEY CALLED MY xxxxING WIFE! tried to get her to buy a new car. Screw this dealer and their used car sales man vibes. This is exactly why there is such a bad reputation for car sells man. Talk about underhanded xx. I will be reporting this situation to corporate along with posting on every single review site to keep people away from your dealership. More

I left my car in perfect condition. They sent me a video that my tire had a nail. When I picked up my car my tire was completely flat. They expect it for me to drive it like that? I asked them to use a tire that I had in the truck of my car, not the spare tire. They put the spare tire and left a mess in the truck. They didn't even bother to place the lid back under the carpet in the trunk. My complaint here is that instead of offering me to change the tire they were going to let me drive like that. Thank God in notice that it was flat. More
