Never again! ! I was told a lower price for the oil change when I booked my appointment. When I wouldn't agree to do the additional service due to the new price o ! I was told a lower price for the oil change when I booked my appointment. When I wouldn't agree to do the additional service due to the new price of the oil change, the service guy tried to negotiate with me and offer me eight dollars off the price. I chose not to add the additional service and told them I would wait in the lobby while they changed the oil. Almost 3 hours later I was told, by the same service guy, he was just waiting on the paperwork. I could see they just stated the oil change at the same time. Approximately 35 minutes later, I was asked to sign the paperwork and pay. Almost another 30 minutes and another young man saw me standing outside the service office and asked me if I was waiting on my Bronco. He told me they were still drying the vehicle. I told him after almost 4 hours, I could care less if the vehicle was washed or dried. He brought me the vehicle and actually apologized for the wait. He was the only one who bothered to say anything about me being there for that long. I get being punished for not paying for your additional services, but 4 hours for an oil change while sitting in your lobby is ridiculous. Again, NEVER AGAIN!! More
Edgar is nice, but he is hard to get a hold of doesn’t return calls. He misunderstands communications. He helped me out to remedy a mistake and the issue was not remedied properly. Dropping off my car was great. I was told it would be done around 3. However, the time it was promised to be completed passed and no one called. I called and employees that answere I was told it would be done around 3. However, the time it was promised to be completed passed and no one called. I called and employees that answered told me my car wouldn't be ready until Tuesday....I dropped it off on Friday. I tried to call my service advisor but no answer. So I went in person. I was told my car was almost done (it was close to 5). The service advisor told me that the office employees often given the wrong completion times. I find it unacceptable that it just seemed like that it was no big deal. More

I was assisted by Franklin Hernandez who was so kind and got me in and out as quickly as possible! My car was washed which was such a nice touch and I will definitely be a consistent customer because of my got me in and out as quickly as possible!
