I brought in my car for a check engine light and I have my oil changed. Dropped off my car on a Saturday. Didn’t get a callback until Tuesday afternoon around 2:30pm. I called back twice and the phone just rang, I was able to leave a voicemail eventually. The service department never answers the phone. I eventually had to walk into the service department myself to figure out what was wrong with my car. I was told The reason for the check engine light and that they need to do further research for another problem. My car may have. Asked to get my car back since this was the day I was promised, I was told that none of the oil changes or services were done to my car in the meantime. More

Polo is as usual, a good friendly service person. The car also returns as usual...clean. One thing I don't care for in the changes from Advantage to Envision is the rides between home and deale The car also returns as usual...clean. I like the Advantage's set-up better, the most is safety which's known the driver is from the dealer. I have a very bad experience from the home travel that I really don't care for this time. But then, a very good experience on the return trip. More
