I am adding to my first rating of my service experience that was on 07-27-24. I would also like to point out that I did have my coolant serviced, in doing so, the Tech. spilled coolant on my front aftermar that was on 07-27-24. I would also like to point out that I did have my coolant serviced, in doing so, the Tech. spilled coolant on my front aftermarket spoiler and since coolant is acidic . The areas that it landed on are all spotted and are visibly notable. I will be returning on Tues. the 30th to see if the service department can remove stains left by the coolant. More

The dealership looks in disarray. The are vehicles haphazardly parked everywhere. Difficult to navigate to the service department, My wife was there for a 50000 checkup and engine The are vehicles haphazardly parked everywhere. Then they tried to get us to pay for an oil leak repair, which was never fixed in the first place when it was under warranty. The receptionist did not seem to take an interest in her customers as well. I don't believe we will be returning. More
To whom it may concern, I am very disappointed with the quality of work that was done to my vehicle on 07-27-24. I have staggered size tires on my vehicle, and I did specify that prior, so no tire rotation quality of work that was done to my vehicle on 07-27-24. I have staggered size tires on my vehicle, and I did specify that prior, so no tire rotation was needed , which comes with oil and filter service. The tires were still rotated and since I was in a rush to leave I did not notice until the next day. I ended up going to my local tire shop and had tires re-installed to correct positions. My oil percentage indicator was not reset, I was able to correct that . I do not blame my service advisor, it was the actual tech. that was responsible for the work to be done. I will have second thoughts of returning to your dealership for service, I have been a religious customer both buyer and use of the service department for 25 years . More
