The dealership looks in disarray. The are vehicles haphazardly parked everywhere. To whom it may concern, I am very disappointed with the quality of work that was done to my vehicle on 07-27-24. I have staggered size tires on my vehicle, and I did specify that prior, so no tire rotation quality of work that was done to my vehicle on 07-27-24. The tires were still rotated and since I was in a rush to leave I did not notice until the next day. I ended up going to my local tire shop and had tires re-installed to correct positions. My oil percentage indicator was not reset, I was able to correct that . I do not blame my service advisor, it was the actual tech. that was responsible for the work to be done. I will have second thoughts of returning to your dealership for service, I have been a religious customer both buyer and use of the service department for 25 years . More
