Marco my service advisor is fantastic! Always helpful, informative, with a great attitude. I feel Marco is honest and only suggests work that is needed. The only reason for 4 starts and not 5 is, the paper covering the floor matt, the blue service tag on the dashboard and a thin clear plastic cover were all left in place for me to remove and throw away. I also don't like the number of phone calls I receive from the dealership about scheduling service. It was multiple calls a week. Honestly, it's borderline harassment. I don't like that practice under new ownership/ management. More
With the new ownership, unfortunately, the quality of service has gone down. Employees are great, however, the way the dealership is managed with the new ownership is causing the them to lose what used t service has gone down. When I purchased my car I was told there would be loaners available while the car is being serviced. At that time it was Advantage Ford. I didn’t receive my car until almost 2pm. I find this unacceptable for routine service and a wheel alignment. More
I found the location change for lincoln a bit more awkward,, but I can deal with it. service a little longer than usual, my appt. was for 11: am.
