I can bang on Angel, but i think the problem is the management of the service department. no call should go unanswered. every call should be returned. updates should be provided. if your tech's dont ha management of the service department. no call should go unanswered. every call should be returned. updates should be provided. if your tech's dont have time to return calls, then provide a portal online to let us know the status of our repairs. i know a service was performed that wasn't needed and if it was, the service i requested wasnt and then i have to bring it back to have the service i requested performed. When it was Advantage Ford i had a good level of trust. now, not so much! More

Polo did an excellent job of informing me of my options for my annual maintenance. (My mileage is pretty low so once a year is enough) He also explained the problems they found like leaking shocks and an i for my annual maintenance. (My mileage is pretty low so once a year is enough) He also explained the problems they found like leaking shocks and an inoperative windshield washer pump. Will be making an appointment soon to have these things taken care of. I was going to a local mechanic for any work on my 2017 Lincoln MKX but decided to go back to the dealer again. Because of my good experience I will be coming back here again for any work on my car. More
