Polo, Is awesome like always. Its hard to find knowledgeable salespeople who take care of their customers. Brought Navigator in for repair of running board and steering wheel. 2 days later I was called and told that everything was fixed, and that I could pick up my vehicle. Upon arriving home, discovered th steering wheel. 2 days later I was called and told that everything was fixed, and that I could pick up my vehicle. Upon arriving home, discovered that the steering wheel was still not working. The mechanic working on this vehicle did not properly check to see if everything was in good working order before releasing my vehicle to me. Consequently, I am forced to bring my vehicle back in for repair and be without transportation again. No loaner cars available after dealership was purchased by new owners!! Very poor customer service for customers that are greatly inconvenienced by others mistakes! I dealt with Edgar on my return to Envision Ford, he was quick to help and apologetic. More
