Polo, Is awesome like always. Its hard to find knowledgeable salespeople who take care of their customers. But as much as I struggled with Ford, Polo and Marco assured me the issues would be resolved. They are the only reason I am still your customer today. So as lond as they are there I will be as well. Brought Navigator in for repair of running board and steering wheel. 2 days later I was called and told that everything was fixed, and that I could pick up my vehicle. Upon arriving home, discovered th steering wheel. 2 days later I was called and told that everything was fixed, and that I could pick up my vehicle. Upon arriving home, discovered that the steering wheel was still not working. The mechanic working on this vehicle did not properly check to see if everything was in good working order before releasing my vehicle to me. Consequently, I am forced to bring my vehicle back in for repair and be without transportation again. No loaner cars available after dealership was purchased by new owners!! Very poor customer service for customers that are greatly inconvenienced by others mistakes! I dealt with Edgar on my return to Envision Ford, he was quick to help and apologetic. More
I can bang on Angel, but i think the problem is the management of the service department. no call should go unanswered. every call should be returned. updates should be provided. if your tech's dont ha management of the service department. no call should go unanswered. every call should be returned. updates should be provided. if your tech's dont have time to return calls, then provide a portal online to let us know the status of our repairs. i know a service was performed that wasn't needed and if it was, the service i requested wasnt and then i have to bring it back to have the service i requested performed. When it was Advantage Ford i had a good level of trust. now, not so much! More
Polo Hernandez continues to keep my 2002 Ford Explorer on the road with his excellent service advice. Polo did an excellent job of informing me of my options for my annual maintenance. (My mileage is pretty low so once a year is enough) He also explained the problems they found like leaking shocks and an i for my annual maintenance. (My mileage is pretty low so once a year is enough) He also explained the problems they found like leaking shocks and an inoperative windshield washer pump. Will be making an appointment soon to have these things taken care of. I was going to a local mechanic for any work on my 2017 Lincoln MKX but decided to go back to the dealer again. Because of my good experience I will be coming back here again for any work on my car. More
