Really bad miscommunication. I took my car in to get the CV boot and axel repaired and to have the ignition switch checked out. Upon inspection, I was informed I also needed shoc I took my car in to get the CV boot and axel repaired and to have the ignition switch checked out. Upon inspection, I was informed I also needed shocks, anlignment, ignition switch housing, and tires. I declined the tires and requested everything else. My car was supposed to be done in 3 days; it took 2 weeks!! When I picked it up, I paid $1000 less than was quoted and was told it was because I told Edgar to hold off on the ignition switch housing. Then it took an hour to get my car because it was being “washed.” Once I got home, I noticed I had new tires. I tried starting up my car yesterday and it wouldn’t start and was making a weird noise. On top of all this, it was really hard to get a hold of someone to get updates on my car. This is not what I expect from a dealership repair shop. I would like to have someone contact me to resolve this issue. I got stuff I didn’t want, and didn’t get what I needed. I also was hung up on by a woman answering a phone when I told her I really needed to speak with someone about this issue. Seriously! More

To be helpful is not the best feature of this service department. I went in for a recall for my car and had to go back a week later because they haven't had the right tool.
