Your technicians are friendly, but when I booked the appointment for our car, I was told all the parts were in stock and that it would only take about 4 hours. A part was not in stock and was supposed t appointment for our car, I was told all the parts were in stock and that it would only take about 4 hours. A part was not in stock and was supposed to be delivered the next day at 1:00 pm - it wasn't, so they had to keep my car another day. What was supposed to be a 4 hour service appointment turned into 3 days. It was also extremely overpriced. Routine maintenance and a recall turned into a $1000 visit for me. We will not be returning for routine maintenance. More
There are a number of structural problems with this dealership. Entry to the service department was difficult to locate and there was excessive congestion in the narrow service corridor when trying to dealership. Entry to the service department was difficult to locate and there was excessive congestion in the narrow service corridor when trying to drop off my vehicle. When my ride dropped me off for vehicle pick up, parking was almost impossible and backing up was required to accommodate other vehicles leaving the service area. Regarding service policy, when I requested an examination of my vehicle's rear shock absorbers I was told it would cost $250 for the inspection and presumed estimate. My experience with the staff was very positive, both on the phone and in the service department. I suggest the management take a long look at their customer's experience. The dealership was loaded with vehicles to sell, but I have had much better dealer experiences with Toyota and Volkwagon. More

It's stressful buying a car. Yes the dealer did work with me, but when we initially sat down and they ran the first contract rates, they presented me with a price $10,000 more Yes the dealer did work with me, but when we initially sat down and they ran the first contract rates, they presented me with a price $10,000 more then the sticker price that was listed on the vehicle. The online price I saw it at was $2,000 less then the sticker price. I had to be firm that I wanted to see the prices changed on the paperwork in writing instead of them just telling me it would like xxxx amount dollars less. They sold me warranty products, bumper to bumper, paint and dent. but they never gave me any paperwork with an explanation of the warrantys or how to use them. They also never showed me what the warranties actually cost or what the warranty options were. I waited over two hours for the financing dept to get to me. I'm understanding that there were other people and it takes time. My issue is that I was told repeatedly we were next in line and then when we walked by the finance desk there were different people in before us. I was told during our wait that they were washing the vehicle and going to fill it up with gas. I didn't realize until I drove away that they only put in 1/4 of a tank of gas. I had vanity plates on my old vehicle and told them I wanted then for the new vehicle. Come to find out that the dealership could have assigned those places during my purchase and saved me the hassle of dealing with the dmv. All in all I just think they could have done better. More
