I purchased a car from Mrs price she was something when the car for towed into town a month later with service engine light and blown part .. I land up paying for the repair which I shouldn't.. the service advisor named josh release insisted it was resetting itself ? .. malfunction light pops on afterwards.. from service light to malfunction light ....now I have more issues . I take it back two weeks later josh calls and tell me they can't fix it and I have to take it to bmw and pay to fix it cause they can't do anything else wow .. so I bought a car with a 6 month 6000 mile which ever comes first .. well it doesn't cover anything on a used car? Customer must get extended warranty to cover cost associated with unforeseen issues.. ? More
Roger, Troy, Ray, Mike, Victor, Brian. ..and everyone else in the Service Dept are many steps above your average dealership service personnel. From the beginning, they have treated me, and my Mazda CX5, as if it totally mattered that I receive the best service available on my vehicle. And the thing is is that it DOES matter. They go out of their way to make sure I understand what they are looking at, what is important to take care of in the moment, and what to consider taking care of in the near and distant future. Their friendliness, their fairness in pricing, their knowledge, their skills, their abject professionalism, and their genuine concern over my car's maintenance needs have always impressed me in a way that no other dealership has ever done! The end result is that I trust them implicitly to take care of me and my car's maintenance requirements. And to give just a small example, Roger Mendiola (Service Dept. head), even called me from his vacation time in Hawaii, while I was at the dealership, just to explain to me about a pricing issue I was having at the time of service! Who does that? I could not be more satisfied with who these people are and how they will go out of their way to make a customer happy. More

I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants professionalism, friendliness, and honesty when purchasing a vehicle. Also, I recently had the misfortune of finding a screw in my tire, leaving me with 15 lbs. air pressure early in the morning. Roger Mendiola was able to take care of me as soon as the department opened. He was so helpful and even gave me some tips regarding my car's infotainment system. The service department is key when choosing a dealership. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give Roger and his team an 11!! More

When it came time to pick that car up, everything was smooth and went just as expected. Even sitting down to sign the paperwork was pleasant. When I moved to Taos I was driving my 5th Mazda. The Austin dealer had provided great service. When looking to find a new home I discovered that the Santa Fe Mazda dealer had gone out of business wi The Austin dealer had provided great service. When looking to find a new home I discovered that the Santa Fe Mazda dealer had gone out of business with a poor customer service record. I was happy to hear the Toyota dealer had acquired it, but was still concerned. When I called for the due service appointment Roger welcomed me to New Mexico and set up a favorable time for the drive to Santa Fe. The guys in the shop provided the required service while Roger professionally covered the work items and charges. They even fixed an issue with the navigation system. I was a happy guy heading back to Taos. I called several months later for another service appointment. Even though I called late and their schedule was full Roger worked me in. Same fine service at a good price. This time they recharged my key battery for free! Recently when returning from Oklahoma on I40 the car stalled requiring a tow to Tucumcari. After pulling over to the side of the road my first call was to Roger. For several minutes he and I did some trouble shooting. After we determined it was best to tow to a Tucumcari auto shop, he did some checking about the cost of an alternator, so I would know what to expect from a local Tucumcari shop. I then called AAA for the tow truck. Later that day Roger called me — to check and see how we were doing. Then, the next day, after a local shop had replaced the battery he called while were driving back to Taos, to check to make sure we were ok. What great service! Absolutely stellar buying experience! From the beginning everyone was professional, direct, low-key and helpful. If you are female, you will love the staff; no being talked down to, no "mansplaining," no patronizing. Just direct, straight talk. (If you're not female, you'll still have a great experience!) We got a deal we were very pleased with, we love our CX-5, and the pleasure of doing business with these folks just makes us love our car even more! Just can't say enough good things about them! More
