My experience with Roger at the front counter was excellent! He made me feel that he actually cared about my experience (comparing this to my experience with the Mazda dealership that went bankrupt excellent! He made me feel that he actually cared about my experience (comparing this to my experience with the Mazda dealership that went bankrupt late last year) and even went the extra mile by (twice) taking me out to my car to show and explain to me what was needed and what they were doing with the car on the lift. He even threw in a few small discounts when he did not have to. This is amazing service, super-friendly approach to customers, real knowledge about what they are talking about, and honest concern that the customer knows and understands what is being recommended and done to their car, and what should be considered the next time the customers brings the car in for service. Purchased a car from Mazda/Toyota on St. Michael's Drive and had a wonderful experience. Buddy, Audrey, Sam, Jill and Derek all were friendly, efficient and accommodating. I contacted Buddy and let him kn and had a wonderful experience. Buddy, Audrey, Sam, Jill and Derek all were friendly, efficient and accommodating. I contacted Buddy and let him know my situation (my car was totaled) and what was my very modest budget. He quickly got me in touch with Audrey, the Mazda manager. Audrey drove to my house with a likely car candidate (lovely Prius) and drove with my while I test drove it. Sam and Jill then helped me complete the paperwork in less than an hour. Derek took care of replacing the windshield and repairing a tire a few days later. Could not have asked for a better car-buying experience. Highly recommend this team! More

My wife and I were shopping for a safe vehicle for our daughter. I went on line to their web site to find a vehicle that i was interested in.
