Assistant Service Manager Sunny Dalavai was an excellent, informative professional. He explained in detail what would be needed to repair and update the vehicle. I drove 50 miles in a rain storm to get ther informative professional. He explained in detail what would be needed to repair and update the vehicle. I bought my 2017 Toyota Highlander used certified in 2018. It has only been dealer serviced. Yesterday I needed rear brakes, an inspection and was due for the 50k maintenance. The techs also found a n 2018. It has only been dealer serviced. Yesterday I needed rear brakes, an inspection and was due for the 50k maintenance. The techs also found a nail in my tire. My service advisor, William Bonilla, who I have worked with before, was clear about what needed to be done and how much it would cost from the very beginning. No surprises. William applied a coupon to help keep costs down as well which I appreciated. My car was ready to be picked up quickly and you would never know anyone was in it because they left it exactly the way I gave it to them. More
