When I came to pick up my vehicle, there was a puddle of some unknown liquid on the top of the cargo compartment shade and the carpets, front and rear were damp under the mats. Most distressing was that my manuals were missing from the glove compartment and my coasters were missing from the cup holders. I entrusted the care of vehicle to you and am distressed that my things disappeared. I had to leave the vehicle so the carpets could be dried. Two hours wasted. When I picked up my vehicle after the carpets were dry, the sunroof did not open. The mechanic was able to fix this. Glad I thought to test it! Very upset that manuals and coasters were taken and disappointed with the lack of professionalism in caring for my property. More

I wanted to purchase a 2024 Land Cruiser. Before I went to Empire Toyota, I had visited another Toyota dealership in the area and they made the process of buying a new Land Cruiser seem diff Before I went to Empire Toyota, I had visited another Toyota dealership in the area and they made the process of buying a new Land Cruiser seem difficult. I could not get get a straight answer as to how long it would take. or even how I could buy one. Why was its mystery? Upon visiting Empire I was first introduced to Sham and then to Cesar Sandoval, who both made me feel welcomed and made it easy for me to find the vehicle I was looking for. They answered all my questions and I ordered the car that very day. While I waited for my vehicle to come in, they regularly updated me on its status. Yesterday, I picked up the Vehicle and everything was ready for me. Cesar thoroughly explained the functionality of my new truck and I was on my way. The entire team at Empire is excellent!
