My fifth Subaru. Yes, this is my fifth Subaru lease from Metric Subaru. Have had a Forester, Two Imprezas, and now my second Legacy. I am thankful to Vinny Rizzo for his positive help in each of my leases. Vinny is understanding and very helpful. Also, the service department at Metric Subaru is top notch. They will always discuss any problems or concerns they have with your vehicle, prioritizing any safety concerns while helping you to keep any costs manageable. More

Worst customer service at the Service Department I have never had a worse experience with getting a repair done. My car is one year old so still under warranty. The problem I complained about was not addressed and not repaired. The Service manager had one excuse after another as to why my problem was occurring. None of which were valid. I brought my car in twice and the problem has still not been resolved. His recommendations as to how I can avoid the problem did not work and are not what is recommended in the Subaru official manual. Despite several phone calls to the Subaru Customer Service line my problem is still unresolved. I was advised by Subaru to take my car to a different dealership with a better customer service record. The service manager is arrogant and nasty and totally unresponsive. I am giving this a one star because there is no option for a minus one. If I could use a minus I would rate it a minus 5 More

The best dealership experience ever I was trying to decide between buying a Honda and a Subaru. I had gone to two Honda dealerships, and found them extremely pushy. They also both gave me a quote that was way below what it wound up being when I sat down to finalize papers. I walked out of both of them. Then I went to Metric Subaru, and the salesman was no nonsense. I told him what I wanted, he gave me a quote and that was what I wound up paying for my car. He didn't try to pressure me at all, and treated me like I deserve to be treated, with respect. Everyone in the showroom was friendly and helpful. My salesman, Vinny was awesome. I would highly recommend this dealership. And I also LOVE my new Crosstrek! More
