Worst customer service at the Service Department I have never had a worse experience with getting a repair done. My car is one year old so still under warranty. The problem I complained about was n I have never had a worse experience with getting a repair done. My car is one year old so still under warranty. The problem I complained about was not addressed and not repaired. The Service manager had one excuse after another as to why my problem was occurring. None of which were valid. I brought my car in twice and the problem has still not been resolved. His recommendations as to how I can avoid the problem did not work and are not what is recommended in the Subaru official manual. Despite several phone calls to the Subaru Customer Service line my problem is still unresolved. I was advised by Subaru to take my car to a different dealership with a better customer service record. The service manager is arrogant and nasty and totally unresponsive. I am giving this a one star because there is no option for a minus one. If I could use a minus I would rate it a minus 5 More
