Definitely no hard sell. They stock their lot with cars with the features and colors that customers want. My impression was that their they have inventory for all price points. Some dealers primarily stock the loaded, expensive versions of vehicles, driving up the price. Will demonstrated all the features of the car to us. He was very patient and went over some of the features a couple of times until I got it right. I would definitely recommend them to friends and relatives. More

Quick and Easy I went to 2 Subaru dealerships and had to wait 4 to 8 weeks for a Subaru. I went to Metric Subaru not only did I get the best price but got the 2017 I went to 2 Subaru dealerships and had to wait 4 to 8 weeks for a Subaru. I often ask very technical questions. I have spoken over the years many times with several technicians and the service Manager. I always get detailed and in depth answers. Recently my 10 year old Forester needed several repairs costing more than I wanted to put into it considering it's age and very high mileage. Vinny Rizzo in the sales dept. gave me a very discounted price on a new forester on the lot and a few extra items. ( floor mats and privacy cover). Larry Merola was also very helpful and discounted the extended service package I bought. They both answered my endless questions with good grace and took me on 3 test drives in 2 different vehicles. When I made my choice they had the vehicle ready the same day. They got me out of a bind and didn't take advantage of my situation. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. More

Dealer Service, Subaru product and overall experience. Simply put, we could not have selected a dealer (Metric) and Sales manager Vinny Rizzo. Recently my wife walked away from a multi vehicle car crash. O Simply put, we could not have selected a dealer (Metric) and Sales manager Vinny Rizzo. Recently my wife walked away from a multi vehicle car crash. Our new 2016 Subaru Outback was a total loss. Literally that evening I called and spoke to Vinny regarding a replacement. First thing Vinny asked was how was my wife. After explaining the story, Vinny actually cut me short and told me that he has the same exact car in the lot a 2017 model and that he already pulled the vehicle and had it set aside for us. Vinny said go tend to your wife and call back in 3 days when things calm down. Vinny then said more than once that dealing with him and Metric, would be the easiest and last portion of this incident. Well it was. Days later I called Vinny back and thus the process of replacing the car began. Simply looking to have the same options installed and financing. Vinny had the car setup and financing set in place for when we went in to pick up the new 2017. Metrics finance manager Larry actually got me better financing the second time thru Subaru which covers Gap Insurance. I have a Subaru dealer 2 miles from my house and drive 25 miles to Metric due to their professionalism, honesty and simplicity. Next car will be another Subaru. They work when you need it. More
