The dealership was very unprofessional. Gave me the wrong price & gave me the wrong key. I showed Evelyn Carrasco Gadea (advisor) an email that I got for a $59.99 oil change and filter, whi Gave me the wrong price & gave me the wrong key. When it was time to pay, the receptionist told me it would be $80. then I had to go back to the advisor because the receptionist was given the wrong key. My advisor gave me the car key and I could have gladly left without paying. The receptionist then had to argue with her about the price change because I was informed that they were going to honor the $59.99 deal. overall, I spent longer than an hour at the dealership because of these two mishaps. my advisor was also very dismissive when I even asked her for the prices of the oil pan & gasket. She told me she would get the prices for me and never came back. they also failed to give me a full report of the issues that I have on my car like they usually do. More
