I brought my car in for an ac problem. A diagnostic was done. And showed there was a leak with ac. Which would could $500 plus so I agreed. However after that was done they figured I need a new compressor unit which was over $1300.00. So because that is way over my budget and the car is 16 years old, I couldn’t justify the cost. But yet, I had to pay $500 plus and drive out of there with my car no better than when it came in. I will not be going back in the future. I can not recommend this Nissan dealership. I feel I was ripped off. More

Empire Nissan is the best service. Isaiah Grooms helped me, answered all my questions. I went in for an oil change and tire maintenance, was out in less than an hour. Was scheduled for an oil change for FREE and the dealership was bought out by another Dealership and was never notified regarding this ! Had a scheduled appt for 9 am and Management did not help th dealership was bought out by another Dealership and was never notified regarding this ! Had a scheduled appt for 9 am and Management did not help the customer the right way , instead backing away instead of resolving the issue right away ! After few hours battling back and fourth with the dealership I finally got the oil changed that I was entitled for FREE! More
