We went into this dealership because we saw a used Pathfinder online for 13,650. Apparantly you have to read the fine print, that it is that price with 3000 down and a 3000 trade in. that was the fi Pathfinder online for 13,650. Apparantly you have to read the fine print, that it is that price with 3000 down and a 3000 trade in. that was the first turn off. We then looked at leasing a Rogue. There are commercials all over the place for 199 a month or 149 a month. We were supposed to put down 3700 and then have a 185 dollar payment for the AWD Rogue. Then the trade in was a problem, so we would be putting 2700 down and the paymetn jumped to 210. Which was fine. Then, we get there to pick up the car, and we find out the lease is 239 a month. Which includes taxes now, even though sales take should only be 15 dollars on a 210 lease, but that was not the problem. There were two different options for leases, and the bare minimum did not include gap insurance, had a large turn the car in fee for like 1500!! Then it also had no damage waiver. But if you leased through Nissan it was 293 a month, and it inlcuded the other stuff. So the lease basically went from 185 to 293. We were mad and walked out. It also took over a week to get back our deposit... The sales person, Pedro was very nice, but the other guys were a bunch of liars. More
I went to the dealership looking for a used car. The price was wrong on the website. I was told that i didn't read the fine print. I still can't see or find the fine print with the price correction. Any price was wrong on the website. I was told that i didn't read the fine print. I still can't see or find the fine print with the price correction. Anyway, the internet price and the price told by the salesman was off by $6k. then i tried to lease a new car. the price started at $145 per month for a Rogue then at the time when i was ready to sign the papers, the price had jumped to $240 per month, NO GAP INSURANCE and $995 disposal fee. OR i could pay $293 with GAP INSURANCE and no disposal fee. I balked at the aweful offer and so far, I haven't gotten my deposit fee refunded on my credit card. Today, it's a week and two days and i haven't seen my deposit money. I HAVE AWESOME CREDIT (OVER 740), trade in and CASH AT HAND TOO. More
This is the worst car dealership i have ever went to. I lived in Texas , California and Illinois and i thought car dealers were terrible. But after visiting this dealership i am under the impression that t lived in Texas , California and Illinois and i thought car dealers were terrible. But after visiting this dealership i am under the impression that this is the worsttttttttttttttttttttttt dealership ever. I went to buy a 2003 MAZDA tribute for SALE. It was priced $9500. I made a deal and i finialised the price for 9200 out of the door. The cars moonroof was left open and it had rained the previous day and the car was filled with WAter. The management promised me they would get it cleaned which eventually they never did. They ran my credit check and told me my score was 717. The finance guy named Nisarg( the worst person and i hate him to the core )....then came up to me and started playing his cheap tricks. He said no bank is accepting you and only wachovia is accepting you if you buy Extendded warranty , Tire Service , Gap protection. And he made a whole bill of sale for 11600 dollars that it 2400 dollars more than what i thought of. I was very desperate for a car since i was immobilised so i just took it. But when i came home the APR was 12.99 and the bill looked terrible. The next day i went back and told him i dont need any of the additional features. He was telling i am sorry you have signed the papers and i cant do anything. Even if you want to cancel i will only send the cancellation forms after 90 days so that i need to get my commission.Such an asshole. I immediately went back and called Nissan Customer Care and they were very helpful in letting me cancel the Warranty and returned the money to my Bank. I would not suggest anyone to go their dealership becuase they are the best liars and cheaters in USA.By the way i forgot to tell you. After the sale was done this idiot comes up to me and said this was in one accident and it was very minor. He lieed to me about the Car and told me it was a clean title.I was totally upset with him and after that i had decided never to go to this dealership and i myself turned many of my friends away from them. Atleast they are happy. I just hope God punishes them accordingly since i am a man of faith. My curses are with them. More
WARNING-Do not go to this dealership. We had an agreement and signed the contract for a purchase of a new vehicle. They did not have the car I wanted in the lot so they had to find me one. Couple agreement and signed the contract for a purchase of a new vehicle. They did not have the car I wanted in the lot so they had to find me one. Couple of weeks later, they contacted me to pick up my car. When I arrived, the salesperson said that they needed an additional $500. I said no and asked for my refund. Then the salesperson said he will speak with the GM and maybe we can work something out. Did not receive any phone calls for a couple of days. Contacted the dealership myself and spoke with the GM. They still wanted $500 and I said I want my deposit back. It has been almost a week now and still no refund. I am warning everyone to not go to this dealership. More
I purchased a used 2006 Nissan Maxima from your dealership, Route 22 Nissan in Hillside NJ, on Dec 13th 2008. I have never experienced such terrible service from a dealership. In this economic time dealership, Route 22 Nissan in Hillside NJ, on Dec 13th 2008. I have never experienced such terrible service from a dealership. In this economic time when dealerships are hurting you would think service is something they would want to provide. Not only was the service terrible but they lie and are plain rude. When I purchased the vehicle I received only one Key and remote. My salesperson, Julian, told me that the other key could not be located and by the time I receive my new plates I would have the other key. I am a NY resident and had received a 20-day temporary plate. I waited and did not receive any calls from the dealership and I only had one day left before my plate expired. I must have called them 10 times with no call backs. I finally called Julian and he told me he would call me back within mins. I still waited hours and had to call him back. They finally issued me another temporary plate after getting angry. When I went to pick up the new temp on Dec 30th I again asked about the key. He told me the key would be ready by the time my plates arrive or they would just cut me a new key. I received a call from Julian on 1/6/2009 that the plates had arrived. I picked up the plates on 1/8/2009 and Julian was not there. I asked for additional help and they sent some sales rep to me. His exact words were “you need to speak to Julian.he is the KEY Specialist for the dealership and you HAVE to speak to him but don’t worry he will get you another key. He handles the keys for this dealership” Now I might not know the car business but did this guy think I was born yesterday? This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. They must really thing people are stupid. I then called Julian on 1/9/2009. I once again asked about the key. He told me my paperwork included a “key replacement” paper and that I could come to the dealership before 7pm today and they would cut me a new key ON THE SPOT. He also said “bring the car as they need the VIN.” I showed up the dealership around 5:30pm and was told Julian left early. I went to service and they told me they couldn’t do anything for another 45 days. I then told them I was concerned that my car was giving me low gas mileage and wanted to have them check it. I was told “if my check engine light was not lit then there was nothing wrong with my car.” Why I was never told this? I traveled to this place 3 times and its costs me over $10 in tolls plus gas each time? I was very angry and asked to speak to Julian’s manager. The receptionist went to some guy and this guy looked at me at made faces. It seemed he was disgusted with my question. They then sent me ANOTHER sales rep instead of a manager who told me I must wait 30 days…. This dealership really defines the stereotype for a slimy car salesperson. They are liars and have no customer service etiquette. I was treated like I was off the street with no manners. Not only will I never buy another Nissan I would never even recommend Nissan to friends. I was sold a maintenance contract with this dealership. Will they even honor this? Will I even get SERVICE? Why should I trust Route 22Nissan to service my car? I am very concerned. It’s one not to give me what I was promised then to lie to me and have to run around. My next email is going to be to BBB. Very poor customer service. Attempted to raise my lease rate after accepting my down payment. Vehicle was not ready to pick up when they were given one weeks notice of pickup. Waited over two hours. This rate after accepting my down payment. Vehicle was not ready to pick up when they were given one weeks notice of pickup. Waited over two hours. This dealership really lives up to the "car salesman" cliche' You have to be careful no matter where you may shop for a car, however, do yourself a favor and don't even go here. More

Any and all reasonable attepts to resolve product and service issues are met with responsibility shuffle and no returned calls. Stay far far away from this dealership!!! The even have the nerve to agree to items and two days leter change their story and then ask if you have it in writing... what a dump. More
I went to this dealer to buy a used car. I saw an ad by them in a leading internet site and that was the reason why I went there. I would say, it was the worst experience with any dealer I had in my life. them in a leading internet site and that was the reason why I went there. I would say, it was the worst experience with any dealer I had in my life. They treat you like beggars and I really dont know why people should go there. There was a manager, who is a bit old, maybe in his 50s, who was very rude and was not very helping. It was as if it was their privilege to give me a car. They openly told that they put low price on the internet so that people would come to their showroom, by which I really got pi**** off. I would say, keep this dealer as your very last option. More

Dealers were friendly, but this is a very dishonest dealership, do NOT go there. They took a deposit from me to try to find a car (which I later found was completely pointless) and never refunded it. dealership, do NOT go there. They took a deposit from me to try to find a car (which I later found was completely pointless) and never refunded it. I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Secretary extremely rude when I tried to discuss it with her. STAY AWAY! Go to Nissan of Turnersville if you are in NJ, and ask for Mark Mills - worth the drive and friendliest and most honest dealer I've ever worked with. More
