After seeing the ad for a 2007 CRV I called and talked to Kelvin. As usual he promised that price is highly negotiable (even there ad was saying so : 2007 Honda CR-V EX - WhiteWE ARE VEEERY NEGOTIABLE!!! - Kelvin. As usual he promised that price is highly negotiable (even there ad was saying so : 2007 Honda CR-V EX - WhiteWE ARE VEEERY NEGOTIABLE!!! - $13555 (THIS IS ONE SWEETHEART OF A DEAL!!!) Once we reached at dealer place very first response was: kelvin is a great guy. he will do everything to bring you here but we can't go down from stated price and you have to finance from us otherwise you have to pay more. When I said we need to stop it here then he went inside and after 15 minute he came back with a GR8 DEAL: $200 OFF IF I WILL DRIVE TODAY. When I said I don't want answer was: You guys have a good day. Never go to this dealer... More
Every dirty trick in the book. They told me they had a car online and I drove my 9 month pregnant wife 50 minutes to purchase it after price was negotiated over the phone. When I got there they tried to s car online and I drove my 9 month pregnant wife 50 minutes to purchase it after price was negotiated over the phone. When I got there they tried to sell me something else, because the features of the car on the web "could have those options, but it does not mean they will have them". I'm pretty sure false advertisement is illegal. I've already contacted the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney to ruffle their feathers as they did mine. And it will reflect on their dealer licenses. More
Terrible. They don't really allow you to pay in cash, since they claim that they only get their commission through their leasing company, which is also probably theirs anyway. If you do pay cash, you hav since they claim that they only get their commission through their leasing company, which is also probably theirs anyway. If you do pay cash, you have to pay an extra 1500 on top of the already 1500 you have to add on top of the "finance now" price. Also, as soon as I was assigned a salesperson, he immediately asked me to move my car from the parking lot to the nearby tacobell claiming that they owned that lot also and saying it was because "our trucks pass by and we don't want your car to get hit". (FYI the parking lot was extremely limited and narrow. They wanted to free up parking space since they knew that we were talking to a salesperson already). The car I came to see was advertised online. It has been up for the past week so I finally decided to go and visit. At first, while he was showing me around the cars and looking for the one I inquired about, he told me that it was a new arrival and it was in the shop for cleaning. He said it would be finished later today. So I started looking at other cars while I waited. When we got back inside to discuss prices and payment methods (this was just for information's sake, we hadn't decided on a car yet) he went to talk to his manager about the car I actually came to look for. He came back outside after a few minutes and told me "the car just got sold today". Feeling dumbfounded at how little knowledge he knew about which cars he had in stock and how he tried to lie his way through, I told him thanks and immediately left. The next few days, the online advertisement on cars.com for that same car was still up. It was actually up for another week or two before finally being taken down. It seems to me that they decided to keep that false advertisement up to reel in customers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT EVEN APPROACHING WITHIN 10 METERS OF THIS DEALERSHIP. YOU WILL THANK ME. More
You know i came online just to write a bad review about this place, which i never do but trust me - its the most horrible place to buy a car. I regret not coming on here to read the reviews sooner!! Te this place, which i never do but trust me - its the most horrible place to buy a car. I regret not coming on here to read the reviews sooner!! Terrible terrible people. I left a deposit check in april and didnt get it back till this month, july. I played phone tag with several of the employees there, saying that they mailed several checks. When i drove out there (i live in NY) i found out that they hadnt even mailed me one check!! The sales people were terrible and one of them had the NERVE to say he didnt want our business. My husbands response? Lets just say it wasnt pleasant. They should be closed down. If you want to buy a car, STAY away from these horrible people. Learn from the reviews here and DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY YOUR CAR!! Terrible deals, terrible people, and if you get into a mess, its the last place you want to deal with. STAY AWAY. STAY Far FAR away! By far the absolute worst dealership! They did not have my car on the lot, so they needed to locate it and said I would have it in three days tops! Needless to say after a week I called them to find out t my car on the lot, so they needed to locate it and said I would have it in three days tops! Needless to say after a week I called them to find out the status and they gave me the complete run around. I ended up going back in two days and demanding my check back! The salesman had absolutely zero knowledge on any of the procedures either and kept having to leave to ask other people our questions! Save yourself the time and energy.... avoid at all cost! More
I agree with the previous negative reviews 100%. These crooks will try to get you to finance the car through them at almost twice the going interest rate, plus they say you "MUST" also purchase the extend crooks will try to get you to finance the car through them at almost twice the going interest rate, plus they say you "MUST" also purchase the extended 3-year warranty for $2,000 (the car was still under manufacturer warranty for 2 more years!) plus $600 gap insurance. The "best" finance rate for a person with a perfect credit (750+ score) and $3,000 down they said is 8.9% (and you MUST buy that other crap I mentioned), while other legitimate places will offer you financing in a range of 5.9%. You have to be really really really stupid to do business with those con artist. Take your money and run out the door before you sign anything at Route22 Nissan. You have been warn!!! More
ITS A BIG NO...!!!! Never ever go to this dealer. I had gone to these dealer twice. First time they show me Nissan Altima 2005 and I liked the car and put my offer as 12.5 K OTD which Boby refused and said gone to these dealer twice. First time they show me Nissan Altima 2005 and I liked the car and put my offer as 12.5 K OTD which Boby refused and said at the max he can do is 13.5 K OTD. After few days I called Bobby and asked if the car and OFFER is still available. He said yes. I went there second time and took a test drive and everything looked perfect. I asked him to start making papers and get the car financed. After one and half hour he comes back to me (not sure what it took him 90 min to come back to me, as I could see he was strolling around the dealership without any work) and said its not possible to sale at 13.5 K OTD (out-to-door) but he will speak to Finance office (another fraud) and get the best offer. I waited for 5 hrs to have a meeting with Finance officer and finally he offered me 17k OTD. The story doesn't end here. The car had a clear STICKER mentioning the car is NISSAN certified and it includes 7hr / 100k mile warranty. This Finance office told me that 17k includes only 2yr / 24k warranty. This dealer should be banned and legally held in the court for cheating people and back tracking on the deals already agreed. Its horrendous experience. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER..... More
The worst dealership I have ever delt with. Please stay away from this dealership and if you live in NY expect your 20-Day Temp Tag to expire before you get your plates. The sales people to the managment away from this dealership and if you live in NY expect your 20-Day Temp Tag to expire before you get your plates. The sales people to the managment team treats you like dirt and like your time is not important. I sat there for over 6 hours with them playing tricks. The second day I went we sat there for 2 hours completing the paperwork. Thank God I got my own financing and didn't have to deal with that end of the process. The best part is the sticker on the car was $19k and they tried to make me pay $26k for the car. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! More
We went into this dealership because we saw a used Pathfinder online for 13,650. Apparantly you have to read the fine print, that it is that price with 3000 down and a 3000 trade in. that was the fi Pathfinder online for 13,650. Apparantly you have to read the fine print, that it is that price with 3000 down and a 3000 trade in. that was the first turn off. We then looked at leasing a Rogue. There are commercials all over the place for 199 a month or 149 a month. We were supposed to put down 3700 and then have a 185 dollar payment for the AWD Rogue. Then the trade in was a problem, so we would be putting 2700 down and the paymetn jumped to 210. Which was fine. Then, we get there to pick up the car, and we find out the lease is 239 a month. Which includes taxes now, even though sales take should only be 15 dollars on a 210 lease, but that was not the problem. There were two different options for leases, and the bare minimum did not include gap insurance, had a large turn the car in fee for like 1500!! Then it also had no damage waiver. But if you leased through Nissan it was 293 a month, and it inlcuded the other stuff. So the lease basically went from 185 to 293. We were mad and walked out. It also took over a week to get back our deposit... The sales person, Pedro was very nice, but the other guys were a bunch of liars. More
I went to the dealership looking for a used car. The price was wrong on the website. I was told that i didn't read the fine print. I still can't see or find the fine print with the price correction. Any price was wrong on the website. I was told that i didn't read the fine print. I still can't see or find the fine print with the price correction. Anyway, the internet price and the price told by the salesman was off by $6k. then i tried to lease a new car. the price started at $145 per month for a Rogue then at the time when i was ready to sign the papers, the price had jumped to $240 per month, NO GAP INSURANCE and $995 disposal fee. OR i could pay $293 with GAP INSURANCE and no disposal fee. I balked at the aweful offer and so far, I haven't gotten my deposit fee refunded on my credit card. Today, it's a week and two days and i haven't seen my deposit money. I HAVE AWESOME CREDIT (OVER 740), trade in and CASH AT HAND TOO. More
