Where should I start. I found the vehicle I was looking for on their website and sent an initial inquiry and provided an offer. I received an email from a woman named Kelly, an internet sales rep, who said my offer was reasonable and they were willing to accept it as long as I showed at the dealership immediately. I drove 65 miles the next day, only to have the sales reps laugh in my face when I showed them the email and tried to discuss the offer I presented the night before. I did, however, end up purchasing a vehicle in the end. The lot does in fact have nice cars and reasonable prices. This I can't argue with. The customer service since I purchased my vehicle, however, has been disgusting. I haven't come across a single person in the entire dealership who does their job with dignity, or who has an ounce of respect for the customers who purchase through their dealership. First off, the finance manager I dealt with, Lasarge, gave me only one option for financing, and come to find out that I could have financed through my own bank, though the bank Lasarge provided gives him kickbacks, so no need for me to say more. Secondly, I paid for my registration and was given a 20-day temporary tag for the vehicle. As I write this, the temp tag is 6 days expired and I can't get one single person at the dealership to even speak to me about registration, plus I had 2 employees argue with me about the requirements in the state of CT for registration, telling me I was incorrect when I was providing them with actual information from the CT DMV. I have called numerous times each day, always getting bounced from person to person, never speaking to someone who gives a damn that I bought a car through them and am now driving around with expired tags. Nobody cares, end of story. If I could, I would trek to the top of a mountain and scream out that buying a vehicle from Route 22 Nissan in New Jersey is setting yourself up for absolute disaster. Find yourself another dealership. More

Samy Kotb was an exceptionally outstanding salesman. He intently listened to what I was saying, didn't waste any of my time, and executed my deal very quickly. Also, the financing process was extremely efficient. I especially appreciated that all of the paperwork (and we all know there is tons of paperwork) was already pre-filled with my information... so all I had to do was sign the papers and get out. Perfect. Two thumbs up all around! More

i did a review before based on the quality of the sales department. but after having to go again and again just to find out that they only care about the money and not the customer. they are slime, stay department. but after having to go again and again just to find out that they only care about the money and not the customer. they are slime, stay away.....they will take everything they can and will not helo you once they get you where they want you. I originally went to this dealership because they were advertising new executive demos on thier website. When we got to the dealership, Julian-the slimiest salesman ever), showed me the car that was posted on the internet. The car was exactly what i was looking for, plus it has a dvd player, spoiler, woodgrain, and gps added to it. I was ready to go in and sign the papers. Then when we got into the building, i was informed that if i wanted to buy the car i would have to pay an extra 5 thousand dollars because of all the things they added to the car. I walked out and contacted a friend who is an attorney. She informed me that its false advertising and they have to sell me the car for the price on the website. I called them and threatened the false advertising law suit and they told me that i could have the car for that price if they took all of the extra stuff off. OK, I didnt mind, i didnt need it anyway UNTIL i found out that this would leave gaping holes all over the car and they would not repair it. Finally after several more calls with my attorney friend, they agreed to give me the car for 1 thousand more than advertised and they would leave everything in and include taxes but not fees. I took it because i didnt want to argue about the car anymore. Of course, like all of the other reviews state, thay tack on all of these ridiculous fees, one of which was a $750 "destination charge." They also gave me a ridiculous finance rate, which i refinanced within a few months. This is not where my problems ended. I get the car home and the dvd player that i payed extra for is broken! They gave me the run around about fixing that, but eventually did it. Now its 9 months later and i'm wondering why i STILL havent recieved any paperwork on the extended warranty i purchased for $2800. I called the nissan warranty department only to find out that the dealership never sent in any paperwork stating I purchased a warranty. I have now been waiting for a call back from the dealership for well over 8 hours on this topic and am fuming. If you want to avoid stress and actually enjoy your new car, dont go to them. In fact dont go to them for any reason whatsoever because they are the most terrible people i have ever met in my entire life. They steal your money and avoid you at all costs when they know there's a problem. They should be shut down and charged for all the pain and suffering they have caused to so many people. More

The day after I drove home with my new Nissan Altima I was on the phone with friends and family sharing my GREAT experience and within the first week I had two more new customers for my salessman,Nain, Sumeet.I never thought I would be driving home in a new car the same day but Rte.22 Nissan at 399 Rte.22 made it happen and I would like to add in record time!!!!! I didnt have to spend MANY hours sitting there!!!! I will be a Rte.22 Nissan customer for LIFE!!!! THANKS SAM AND DAVE!!!! GREAT WORK!!!! More
