I would absolutely not recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima Coupe from them less than two weeks ago. On the 3rd day of owning the car, I discovered a slow leak in one of the tires, which are mismatched. The car did not come with an owner's manual or floor mats. When I called to complain about the owner's manual, I was told that used cars do not come with owner's manuals. Anyone who ever owned a used car before knows that this is just a blatant lie. After calling him out on in, he assured me that he would get me an owner's manual. Why couldn't he do that in the first place? After 6 days of owning the car, the battery died! When I called AAA, we discovered that the battery was not only bad, but had a leak! This was supposed to be a "certified" pre-owned vehicle. Apparently cars with bad batteries and bad tires pass the certification requirements at this dealership. And there's more. They had initially pressured me to take the car the same night I signed all the paperwork, despite the fact that the car was grimy (inside and out) and the tire pressure light was on. Finally we agreed that I would come pick it up after work the following day. When i got there, the car still had not been cleaned! They assured me that they would do it right then and that it would only take 10-15 minutes. THREE hours later, my car was finally ready to go....20 minutes after the dealership closed. The inside of the car was still dull and dusty. It had never been cleaned. This was the worst service I've ever experienced. I know car dealers are notorious for telling lies but this place takes the cake. So far, I've had the car for less than two weeks and I've already had to replace the battery, get a new tire, buy floor mats, and have it properly cleaned. Oh and did I mention they charge a "preparation and certification" fee?? Save yourself the headache and do not use this dealership. it was the worst decision I've ever made. More
I went their with my brother to trade in his vehicle which they tried to rip him off on its value-They are pure Scammers, bait and switchers, games and gimmicks!False and misleading advertisers,on purpose which they tried to rip him off on its value-They are pure Scammers, bait and switchers, games and gimmicks!False and misleading advertisers,on purpose omissions of information in their ads,unprofessional,dirty,lowdown-If you want to get ripped off, treated like crap, lied to and decieved this is the place to go.You can tell by the way they respond to negative postings on this site that they are totally impressed of themselfs.(They belittle potential customers who post negative comments by calling them names, this is true sign of who and what they represent!)-I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and have seen it all-and this place by far is the worst of the worst, they get top honors in deceit, fraud and outright unscrupulous selling practices and customer deception. Their license to sell should be revoked.Be Ware Be Careful, save your self the aggravation and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE-Read the negative comments posted on here and you can see by their IDIOTIC responses that they surely lack courtesy and professionalism, who ever is responsible for responding to the negative comments should be terminated for his lack of class. This dealership is a JOKE! I brought my vehicle in the beginning of June and I have yet to have my plates. I was constantly calling in regards to when they will be in. I kept getting the run around and I am still getting the run ar yet to have my plates. I was constantly calling in regards to when they will be in. I kept getting the run around and I am still getting the run around. As of today,(July 18, 2011) I still do not have my plates, I was told that my plates will be in about two weeks ago, been calling and I even have stopped by there a couple of times and am still getting unfulfilled promises. I had five people that I recommended to buy cars from this dealership. I went back to them and told them not to go there. I am extremely unsatisfied with this stage of the process. Last week, on Friday, I was told that a mistake was made when they put down the number (I guess for the registration) I don't really know. I inturn asked why was I just being told this after a few weeks. This was not handled very professionally in my opinion. Everything else was very well handled except for this. More
I found this dealer after viewing an ad on Craigslist. The price seemed very good, and when I read fine print, I saw that it was because they post the sale price as after a $3000 deposit. Though potentia The price seemed very good, and when I read fine print, I saw that it was because they post the sale price as after a $3000 deposit. Though potentially misleading, I caught it, and even with the $3000 difference, it still seemed reasonable. Ronald, the sales consultant I met with, was fair, laid back, and definitely a no-pressure kind of person. After getting quotes from other dealers, I found that their price was competetive, and I returned to further negotiate. They were able to negotiate an acceptable purchase price, and had the vehicle ready while I was meeting with the financial consultant. He too was a no-pressure kind of person, and was good to work with. My only other criticism is that it took a good amount of time to get into the financial consultant. If this dealership ceased the $3000 deposit issue from listings and had more finance reps, they would do even better. Overall, I was pleased with my experience and recommend them to perspective buyers. I will consider returning when the need arises for another vehicle. More
Sales representative was very helpful, but the finance specialist (Nuno F.) was not helpful at all. He started adding a bunch of fees that were dealer specific and were not part of the asking price. To specialist (Nuno F.) was not helpful at all. He started adding a bunch of fees that were dealer specific and were not part of the asking price. To me, the asking price should be what you pay the dealer, and nothing more. I understand taxes and govt. fees, but if you have an asking price, then do not jack it up more with additional fees and charges (non-govt. related). Also, I was forced to buy a warranty to get a good interest rate on my loan, but luckily I can cancel that after 6 months and get my money back! Some of the negative reviews seem spot on, but you can always work around issues, and if all else fails, then just walk away (sadly, my wife was practically begging to buy the car, so I had no choice). This dealer attempts to lure in customers with misleading pricing. Their prices quoted on Autotrader are "financing" prices and include an assumed deposit of $3,000. So the car they advertise at $17,999 is pricing. Their prices quoted on Autotrader are "financing" prices and include an assumed deposit of $3,000. So the car they advertise at $17,999 is acutally $20,999. Thankfully I checked their reviews here and was alerted. I confirmed their policy prior to making the trip. More
They cheated me on the Price of the car. They didn't provide me with the invoice when I pourchased the car and I found out from the bank that they borrowed much more money than the agreed upon price. provide me with the invoice when I pourchased the car and I found out from the bank that they borrowed much more money than the agreed upon price. Originally drove 4 1/2 hours for a used 2010 Maxima I saw on Cars.com. When I arrived at the dealership, all of the cars I was interested in were sold in less than 24 hours...I was not a happy camper. Antoni on Cars.com. When I arrived at the dealership, all of the cars I was interested in were sold in less than 24 hours...I was not a happy camper. Antonio, Sal, and Nuno made up for the mishap, and gave me a good deal on a brand new 2011 Maxima and paid off my trade. Overall, they have great customer service and everyone is very personable. They need to improve on their internet sales market, they were still advertising vehicles that were no longer available. More
