I leased a Nissan Quest minivan. When I came to the dealership, I was unable to afford the lease. Dave kept in touch with me until a promotion was available which allowed me to lease the van for my fam dealership, I was unable to afford the lease. I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me with obtaining the van since I just had a new baby and no longer fit in our Altima. Which we leased from him as well. On my most recent visit I took a friend who was looking to purchase a used car. Instead, Dave was able to get her into a new Nissan Altima! He helped her obtain affordable monthly payments for her lease. My friend and her mother left the dealership extremely satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership and Dave Tober. When I received the vehicle, it was black amethyst. When I told him that this was not the color I requested, he stated that black was discontinued and this was the replacement color. When I did my paperwork for the lease, I was told that my credit score was not really good. Consequently, they could not offer me a better rate. The fact is, my credit score exceeds 725. As for your service, for the most part, I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with John. I will just say that has been the most unpleasant experience that I have had in years. The worst of all of this is the poor performance of the vehicle. There is much more that I could say but, it would take too much time. More

I went in to buy a used car me and my daughter on Monday Feb 21,2012.....BUT!!! I ended up buying 2 NEW CARS.. Everybody from the sales man Jordon Derr to The Manger Sal to the Finance Manager John was so AWESOME. This great team of men made my day!!!! They really took there time to help us make the right choice, I told my friends and family about the Nisssn on Route 22 east, Hillside nj... I told my church members and they too are now on there way THIS WEEK to get a car.... This group on men seem like God personally hand picked them all to work together,, there different expertise all working together changed our lives, we went home with TWO NEW CARS..The store was packed with some many people but they made us feel like no one else was in the store lol... These guys worked there butts off!!! even with a packed house, we were well taken care of... Not one time did they try to push me into stuff I didn't like... I had a great experience at Route 22 Nissan! I was trying to sell my old car (a 1999 Acura) and buy a new Nissan Versa S. I had visited one other dealer earlier in the day, because I wanted to compare rates, to sell my old car (a 1999 Acura) and buy a new Nissan Versa S. I had visited one other dealer earlier in the day, because I wanted to compare rates, but they were not very friendly and refused to give me a firm estimate of the overall price. However, when I went to Route 22 Nissan, my salesperson (Jordan) was so nice and friendly. He told me a lot of things about the Versa (which I suppose you would expect from a salesperson, but I felt like the other dealer wasn't as forthcoming) and he got me a great price for my old Acura (which, in all honesty, though it was once a high-quality car, is now a battered old hulk). I think I saved a good $2,000 by buying at this dealer rather than the other one, partly because they gave me a good price for my old car, but also because they gave me a good deal on the new one. The only negative part of the experience was that the dealer was really busy (it was a holiday), so I had to wait there for several hours. However, Jordan and Sal (the manager) were awfully nice and supportive, offering me drinks and snacks, frequently coming over to give me an update, and while we were waiting, Jordan helped me handle the insurance transfer. Also, with most dealers you have to wait several days before the paperwork is finished and you can trade in your old car for the new one; I was able to sell the old one and drive away in the new one after just a few hours. They are going to take care of all the paperwork for me, all I have to do is go back in a week or two and pick up my new license plates and registration. I love my new car and I was very happy with my experience! More
