I leased a Nissan Quest minivan. When I came to the dealership, I was unable to afford the lease. Dave kept in touch with me until a promotion was available which allowed me to lease the van for my fam dealership, I was unable to afford the lease. I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me with obtaining the van since I just had a new baby and no longer fit in our Altima. Which we leased from him as well. On my most recent visit I took a friend who was looking to purchase a used car. Instead, Dave was able to get her into a new Nissan Altima! When I received the vehicle, it was black amethyst. When I told him that this was not the color I requested, he stated that black was discontinued and this was the replacement color. When I did my paperwork for the lease, I was told that my credit score was not really good. Consequently, they could not offer me a better rate. The fact is, my credit score exceeds 725. As for your service, for the most part, I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with John. I will just say that has been the most unpleasant experience that I have had in years. The worst of all of this is the poor performance of the vehicle. There is much more that I could say but, it would take too much time. More
