Ever since I was able to drive I wanted a Nissan Maxima. I wasn't able to get one because my credit score was pretty low. So, I settled for a regular car. One I really didn't appreciate. Two weeks ago I decided I wanted something worth having. I wanted my Maxima. I contacted Route 22 Nissan and was directed to Roman Lozovsky. Roman provided superior customer service and made me feel comfortable conducting business with Route 22 Nissan. Roman made sure I had all the necessary information submitted prior to coming to the dealership. His knowledge of product and concern for my choice of vehicle was definitely on point. In the back of my mind I knew I wasn't going to get my Maxima, but Roman did everything to make sure I was satisfied and the deal went through. From the moment of the initial call and speaking to Mario Calle when setting up the appointment to discuss NEW CAR options available to me which would meet my criteria’s, it was a pleasure. Mario was not only knowledgeable in the vehicle I was interested in, with regards to all the features and amenities it had, but very patient and understanding with all my questions and concerns on everything and anything I inquired on. His demeanor and enthusiasm is what kept me interested in perusing to purchase a vehicle from him. In addition, the manger, Mr. Sal Lanuto was also a pleasure to work with. His insight and experience made me comfortable enough during the negotiation stage which resulted in a purchase. And lastly, John, the financial advisor, was very informative when it came to finalizing the deal. His sympathetic approach to my concerns gave me confidence in closing the deal. This was my first huge purchase and I was a bit skeptical about the entire transaction. Prior to visiting the dealership, I wasn't sure if I would be able to purchase a new vehicle with my challenging budge about the entire transaction. Prior to visiting the dealership, I wasn't sure if I would be able to purchase a new vehicle with my challenging budget and not-so-perfect credit. However, my salesperson, Roman, was very direct and exhausted all possible avenues to ensure that I could leave with a vehicle the same day. I felt very comfortable discussing my finances and credit- never once did Roman treated me unfairly or shun me because of my predicament. Roman and his team worked aimlessly to keep me satisfied and answered all of my questions, despite how frivolous they were; they even waited for me to come back to the dealership passed business hours so that I may leave with my fantastic and chic 2012 Sentra. Roman promised me a car that I would absolutely adore and he sure enough did deliver. What I enjoyed most about my experience at the Nissan dealership was the honesty. Roman and his team gave me options and made me feel in control. As a result of Roman's assistance, directness and diligence, I am very satisfied and happy with my decision. Terrible dealership. I went there because of a used vehicle on their website. I called first and they said it has been sold but told me I can get a brand new one for only a couple thousand more. Reluct vehicle on their website. I called first and they said it has been sold but told me I can get a brand new one for only a couple thousand more. Reluctantly, I headed down to the dealership. I was quoted a price of 22,950 on the phone for a 2012 Frontier. It seemed too good to be true but Sal assured me that I'm getting this price because Nissan is offering a $4000 rebate, and on top of that for the next 2 days they are giving an additional $1000 off! The car was originally priced at 27,950. When I got to the dealership, Sal acted like he never quoted me those numbers. He wanted to sell the truck to me for 24,900. Terrible service. More
Let me start off by saying that before I came to RT22 Nissan, I went to 3 other dealers. Two in the state in which I live (MD) and One in NJ and out of all 3 previous dealers NONE of them are in comparis Nissan, I went to 3 other dealers. Two in the state in which I live (MD) and One in NJ and out of all 3 previous dealers NONE of them are in comparison to RT 22 Nissan. From my very first encounter with Nissan when I spoke with Roman over the phone I had explained my situation with my credit as well as my experience with the other sales rep at the previous dealerships being caddy and lieing to me for no reason instead of being upfront and courteous. Roman was GREAT!!!!!! He treated me as if I was his family and not just a customer. I felt very confident, respected, and well informed. He kept in contact with me everyday, about 4-5 times a day he called me just to advise of where we were in the process. I told Roman that I lived in MD so I wasn't traveling to NJ if the deal wasn't going to go through and get disappointed all over again. He assured me he will take care of everything and he did exactly what he said. It's very hard to find someone who keeps there word especially in the sales business because your first impression is that they are just out to make a quick buck. But Roman and Christian was DEFINITELY NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL. When I got to the dealership, Roman greeted me and my family with love and respect. He offered us something to drink and to eat (I never experienced that before or heard of anyone experiencing that) Once the paperwork was in the system. Thereafter, I met Christian the Finance Mgr. Who was very sweet, courteous and very, very knowledgeable. Her explained to me my first option which was a very, very high interest rate and high payment. Then, he told me about a BETTER option he worked out for me which was AWESOME!! He got my interest rate dropped by 10% and my payment was dropped by over $125. I was so happy that I cried and gave him a hug as if he just told me I won the lottery and was set for life...lol Please tell me where you are going to find customer service like this?? RT 22 Nissan takes customer service to a whole new level and maybe a few auto dealers need to follow their lead. I see why that are growing and the BEST dealer in the Tri-State area including MD. Oh by the way, since I reside in MD Roman called aroung 10pm just to see if I made it home safely. I'm telling you NO ONE does it better than RT 22 Nissan but specifically Roman Lozvosky and Christian. I passed out Roman's business cards and told everyone about my experience at Nissan. I am definitely coming back next year for another car and would NEVER EVER fo anywhere else. Christian got me the deal of a lifetime and I wouldn't dream of financing anywhere else. Thank you guys!
