I just love My new car!!! I gave him the short and direct story about my situation and he immidiately knew what to do, he got the paperwork done and got me into an 2006 Dodge Charger which is the car of my dreams, The only problem was the car need a tire and he even took care of that for free!!!long story short I now drive a hot car and all my coworkers envy me!! Well i went in to get an oil change done on my car, and wanted to get more info on teh buy back progeram. Bassem H assisted me he was very friendly. Salesmen are scam artist. They are not accredited with the business bureau. After trading in my 2011 vehicle( which was also purchased with them), for a 2013 vehicle they called me back days later and in the business bureau. Walking into the dealership, I was treated very respectfully and they were very good at listening to where I was financially and worked out the best deal possible for me. On the contrary, the salesman was adamant on making me spend as little as possible for the best vehicle. After buying 2 new cars at other dealership and getting good service, I thought the stuff they say about car dealers is not universal. Then I went to Route 22 Nissan. It was my worst experience ever. After I negotiated the price, the finince guy added so much stuff that made my head spin. After negotiating, he made me believe that he is taking away all the charges I dont agree with, but a lot of it was still there in form of "Car theft protection" program which you cannot cancel. I wish I did more research and I wish I read just the negative ratings on this site not the positive ones. I would never buy from them nor recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More
