My experience purchasing my new vehicle with Route 22 Nissan. John Cola is an awesome salesman. He was very humble, patient, respectful, and time conscious. John was very knowledgeable of the Murano I purchased. He explained in detail every specific feature of the vehicle. He set my Gps route home and connected my cell phone to the Bluetooth. More importantly, John called me a few days after my vehicle purchase to follow up which was very impressing. He informed me to call him or stop by anytime in the event I required additional assistance with any of the features. In addition, Nuno was very helpful with getting me approved with a bank at an affordable APR. Again he was very detail oriented and professional by explaining every document that I was required to sign. My experience was smooth and not at all overwhelming, and I will definitely recommend the dealership to others! More

Bunch of scam artists good for hillside and bad credit but not much else. Their whole trick is they attract you with a low ball price, sales manager grunts that he you getting a steal while the whole tim but not much else. Their whole trick is they attract you with a low ball price, sales manager grunts that he you getting a steal while the whole time youre being setup for the finance manager whose the enforcer of the scam. Our salesman Charles did a good job of explaining the car, problem arouse when I asked him about the fees on top of the price, he became defensive and hostile. When I still agreed to the price and finallygot to Nuno Ferreiras desk he hit me with 4000 in.fees on top of the price we agreed upon. 895 alone in loan fee where mortage companies don't charge that much (by the way if you finance through Nissan, Nissan issues a 500 customer rebate so they were not only denining the rebate but charging for loan on top of it too). In short when I asked about the fees Nuno walked out and told me he didn't need my business. That's route 22 Nissan for you. Bunch of arrogant managers who peaked in hillside but with their skills never work anywhere else other.then that meet grinder. Simply stay away from them their are better deals.out there. Also their customary fees which they bully you into only their custom I bought 3 cars, including one few days ago and.never.dealt with what they charge. More

David made the whole car buying fast and easy. I told him what i was looking for and he found it and the wait time was great. Other cars i brought from different dealerships made me wait hours but David did what i was looking for and he found it and the wait time was great. I am very pleased with the customer service at route 22 Nissan dealership. Francisco, the guy who helped me, is a great guy, the whole process was fast and painless. The only thing that was confusing was all the fees that you calculate after the negotiation process, I think that it would be fair and more easy for the customers if you include all the fees from the very beginning.
