Primary reason for us visiting this dealership was that we saw on their on-line inventory the car we wanted at a good price compared to other dealers. We understood that the sale price does not reflect taxes and other state and dmv fees so we were prepared for the conversation with Nisarg on finances. Nisarg was equally helpful in walking us through all the numbers and answering our questions. We walked out with our new car that night. I would recommend this dealership. More

I went in expecting the norm from a dealership, as this is the sixth car I have purchased over my lifetime. After dealing with other dealerships and their bait and switch tactics, i.e. internet price/actua is the sixth car I have purchased over my lifetime. But I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by Bassem and I inquired about the car and price. He immediately showed me the vehicle I saw online (surprise) and confirmed the price that was listed online (even bigger surprise). I have dealt with both small and large dealerships, and this honestly was the best experience I've had in a long time. The staff was extremely welcoming and patient, considering I brought two small children with me. After some discussion, I drove off with the vehicle of my choice and with a price I could afford. I would have given them a perfect rating, but my only complaint is that the vehicle could have been cleaned and prepped better. Either way, I would definitely refer them to my friends and family without hesitation! More

Roman was amazing, I drive a hard bargain but he never faltered and was there to answer all my questions. He got back to me when he said he would, the price was the price. I cannot express what a breath of fresh air in an age of pushy salespeople looking to peddle what you don't want while keeping you in the dark until you get to the sales managers office where the real numbers come out. Never felt that here, everyone was courteous and respectful of my business and more importantly my time. Kevin was great. He explained everything as we moved along and always trying to stay a step ahead and always under the watchful eye of Roman. The experience had was truly a pleasurable one where my last Nissan experience was a joke. My faith in Nissan has been restored thanks to the Russian power team of Roman and Kevin.
