GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END. FROM THE TIME I SPOKE ON THE GABRIL ON THE PHONE TO THE TIME I FINISHED SIGNING THE LAST PAPER WITH CHRISTIAN AND DRIVING MY CAR AWAY, I TELL YOU THESE GUYS TIME I SPOKE ON THE GABRIL ON THE PHONE TO THE TIME I FINISHED SIGNING THE LAST PAPER WITH CHRISTIAN AND DRIVING MY CAR AWAY, I TELL YOU THESE GUYS WENT OVER AND BEYOND WHAT ANY CUSTOMER WOULD EVER EXPECT. THE UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES I ENCOUNTERED WITH TRYING TO GET TO THE DEALERSHIP AND MY TRADE BRAKING DOWN AND THEN ONLY TO FIND OUT THE TRANSMISSION WAS GONE YOU COULD ONLY IMAGINE THE FEELING. GABRIL PICKED MY FAMILY AND I UP FROM WHERE THE CAR BROKE DOWN AT 9:30 PM AND CHRISTIAN WAITED AT THE SHOWROOM AND WORKED ON THE PAPERS.. THEY MADE SURE WE WERE NOT TAKING THE TRAIN OR BUS BACK TO NEW YORK. I DROVE HOME IN MY NEW CAR. I WOULD BE HERE ALL EVENING WRITING EVERY DETAIL,BUT I JUST WANTED TO SAY THANK YOU TO BOTH OF THEM FOR TREATING ME LIKE FAMILY AND NOT JUST ANOTHER NUMBER. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING. More

After having two very poor experiences in other dealerships, this dealership was such a refreshing delight. I knew what I wanted and expected to pay for the type of vehicle and I was definitely abl dealerships, this dealership was such a refreshing delight. I knew what I wanted and expected to pay for the type of vehicle and I was definitely able to find exactly what I was looking for in this dealership. The staff were friendly and accomodating. I was assisted by Carlos Freitas, Sales Consultant who never once pushed me to buy anything. He listened, patiently waited, reviewed the facts, pros and cons, and warranty information and gave me a chance to think over my purchase. He helped us have a smooth car buying process. I definitely recommend him for anyone looking for their new vehicle! More

This is one of the worst used car dealership in the state of NJ we purchased 2cars from them, maxima and sentra, they both had problems which they said they will fix, but they never did. I contacted Jenny from Route 22 Nissan in Hillside about an advertised Nissan Versa from craigslist. I told her the stock # and she made me an appointment for July 3 at 7 p.m. When my daughter and I arrive an advertised Nissan Versa from craigslist. I told her the stock # and she made me an appointment for July 3 at 7 p.m. When my daughter and I arrived at the dealership, we located the car in the lot and noticed that the price on the windshield $9995 was $1000 higher than the craigslist advert. We assumed the difference was an internet special. When we entered the dealership we were assigned a salesman, John, who test drove the vehicle with us. After, we came into the salesroom, and were told that the manager was having trouble locating the stock # for the car. Next we were told the craigslist price was an error. We waited in the salesroom for an hour and a half while they "discussed" the issue. We finally left the dealership at 9:30 p.m. with assurances that they would work out the issue and contact us. We did receive a number of phone calls, none of which addressed the issue. Finally on Saturday July 7, our salesman John contacted me. he told me the real price for the vehicle was $12999. The price I saw was a finance price (after a sizable down payment). the craigslist advert was deleted. I told him that the practices of the dealership were sleazy and probably illegal, and he did not disagree. I retained a printout of the original craigslist advertisement and could not find anything that stated the price was for finance only or required a down payment. Disgusting. More

I went to this dealership on Saturday June 9th 2012, I originally went there with my own financing and had my eyes on a certified pre owned maxima. One individual approached us and helped us with one car originally went there with my own financing and had my eyes on a certified pre owned maxima. One individual approached us and helped us with one car but then after test driving just one care the other salesman left us without a word. Baseem (after the first salesman abandoned us) walked up to us and asked if we needed help, he was very polite and saved a customer from leaving his dealership. He was very patient and wanted me to have the best car. I drove off that day with my 2012 Altima and I was elated with the customer service. John, who was the finance rep also made sure that everything was taken care of, made sure that i understood everything before i left his office, he made me feel very comfortable with my decisions and I have no regrets. Baseem followed up with me, to make sure that he had my insurance information, he remembered my name and is truly genuine in his approach. Baseem and John make a great team, in fact my Brother is at the Dealership buying a car from them as I type this review. Awesome service, awesome people makes a happy customer. More
