They play all the tricks in the trade to make you spend more than you agreed upon. They say the GAP insurance or the Security Plus can be cancelled at anytime. They never do it. Not unless you call the providers directly yourself. Nobody lifts your phone or returns your messages after the sale. If you buy the 'Theft Protection Insurance' then consider yourself taken for a ride. You cannot cancel it yourself and they will not do it. Avoid Nisarg at any cost. Forget about referral fees. The story is long; I spent two months dealing with this people because they rip me off. They sold me a lemon car and when I wanted to return it, they wanted me to trade it in, even when I just had bought it. They offered me free service insurance coverage until 100 miles for FREE. They charged me $1000.00. I have only had the car for one month, and I already had to change the brakes, rotors and buy new tires, almost another $1000.00 dollars. And not only that, I almost had two accidents because the brakes didn’t work. I explained this to the General Manager, when I went back for the fourth time asking them to change the car, and his response was that...that was MY opinion, but to them the brakes where fine. I had to change the windshield, it was not original, it was plastic and I couldn’t see very well, especially when raining, it was foggy ALL the time. The air conditioner does not work properly. The dashboard lights do not turn on at night. The light is very dim. As I said, the story is long. So, I am just trying to raise my voice, because I am a single mother, I am not a wealthy person; actually I struggle a lot. my car was totaled. I had to get another vehicle not because I wanted to but because I had to. I explained my situation to this people, and they took advantage of me REGARDLESS. I was trying to get a good car; my commute is long and I drive many miles back and forth daily, as well as take my daughter to college. I have only one car at home, without one, my life and my daughter’s is EXTREMELY complicated. Besides, I don’t have money to be fixing a car ALL the time, especially when I just bought it. I don’t want this to happen to anybody else, because right now, I am still fixing the car, spending more money on top of all the money they charge me already. I beg, I cried, and they didn’t listen to me. Do not, by any means, buy a car at Nissan Route 22. Everything is awful in this place. Because they don’t care about you, they only care about how to make money and this is the reason why they rip you off. The financial guy is a scammer and the General Manager is the devil in disguise. I told ALL my family, co-workers and friends about this situation, and they have been warned! And yes!!! This is my personal opinion. More

I bought my car here recently . The day after, there was an issue with my insurance so I had to come back and change the registration to my moms. I feel like The guy that sold me the car didn't want to do t an issue with my insurance so I had to come back and change the registration to my moms. I feel like The guy that sold me the car didn't want to do the extra work and do the registration all over again and kept insisting that we don't have to change the registration to my moms even when the insurance agent talked to him on the phone himself and explain to him what the problem was and why we have to register my car under my moms. Fortunately, the guy from finance was there and I told him what the problem was and he immediately helped me with my problem. The second issue was the guy told me he was going to call me once my license plate is in. I kept on waiting for my plate But he never Called. I had to call the dealership myself the day before the temporary license expires and inquire about my license plate and I learned that my plate had been sitting there for 18days but no one had called me. I guess it was too much to hope he would keep his promise that'd he'd call me when the plates are ready. I went to pick up my plates and saw him and told him he was supposed to call me. Then he try to to sound apologetic and made an excuse he got so busy with a lot of work. I guess once you sign the papers, the deal is done, I'm not a priority customer who needed to be impressed anymore? Then he goes and try to cover himself and lie and said, " didn't we talk recently?" And I said no, I kept waiting for your call. And then he lies again saying " I left a message to you home phone" I told him I don't have a house phone. I was so pissed I just wanted to get out of there so fast, save him the trouble of spouting more lies. Honestly, if it weren't for this guy, I would've left a positive rating. All the other staff seemed friendly. The guy from finance/bank was great. I wouldn't have bought the car If it weren't for him. He saved the deal for me. The manager, who came out and congratulate me after buying the car was great too. Oh the manager and the guy also promised they'd have something/gift for me when I come back to get my plates but since they guy all but forgot about me least alone the gift they were supposed to give me. Too bad, my sister is planning to get a car also. I would've recommend this dealership just not this guy who I had the misfortune to work with. All other employees seemed great otherwise. More

The care that I received from the moment I stepped into the door cannot be described. Everyone was so polite, friendly and helpful. But the two people, who really made this experience so wonderful, are Kirsten Romario and Bobby Chasm. Together they worked very hard to make certain that I got the vehicle I wanted, the payments that I could afford and even took steps to insure that if in the future should I need a replacement car, I now have Gap Insurance.
