I was searching for a specific Mercedes GLK for a couple of weeks when a search led me to this dealership. I was nervous about buying this car because I had personally gone through some terrible experience of weeks when a search led me to this dealership. I reluctantly made an appointment not expecting much from them and I was blown away. What made this dealership stand out so much is that they were honest and upfront about everything. I had gone through the bait and switch routine, the hidden car fax, the rollback, the changed prices... you name it, but I did not experience that here. I had a very bad attitude when I arrived but it quickly changed once I learned about their policies and the honest environment. The most favorable thing about this dealership was the 72 hour/ 300 mile bring back policy. Even though I di not use it, it was comforting to know I could had I needed to and that was what made me feel so comfortable with the buying experience. I did not use the in-house financing as I participated in the Capital One Blank Check program and that helped ease the buying process for me. I also had obtained a car insurance quote prior to going to the dealer to expedite purchase should I intend to do so. As a woman buying a car by myself for the first time I read and did all my research prior to buying to make sure I was informed on the process, vehicle worth, and auto reliability and I cannot express how pleased I am at the experience. Specifically, she recommended that I work with salesman, Bobby Chisolm. To my suprise Bobby was an excellent salesman who listened to I wanted and delivered without any disappointments. He was very friendly and I did not feel pressured to buying a new car. Most salesman are usually interested in making a deal without thinking about the needs of the customer. Bobby was the total opposite and ensured that I received everything that I wanted. From my experience working with Bobby and the Rt. 22 Nissan team, I will happily recommend family and friends to this dealership. From the time I arrived at the dealership to the time I left everyone was nice and made me their number one priority. I have no complaints and look forward to purchasing other vehicles in the future from Rt. 22 Nissan. For the reasons stated above that is why I gave the dealership and Bobby the ratings that I did.
