Where do I start, I had one of the best car buying experiences of my life at Route 22 Nissan in Hillside,NJ, I purchased an Altima, but when I got home I realized that I wanted some things in my car t experiences of my life at Route 22 Nissan in Hillside,NJ, I purchased an Altima, but when I got home I realized that I wanted some things in my car that wasn’t in the newly purchased car I had brought home. The very next day I brought the car back and explained my dilemma to my salesman Alex, he immediately stopped what he was doing and catered to my concerns. Not one time did any of the employees make me feel like I was being a pain, especially Nuno, Hector, Billy , Alex or the person who was maintaining the cleanliness of the facility; I really wish I knew their exact titles, because those 3 guys deserve the highest praise. Route 22 Nissan in Hillside, NJ has revolutionized the entire car buying experience with their approach to selling cars, their policy of giving you the best price available without negotiating or hassling is the best thing going. This approach to purchasing a car made me feel like I got exactly what I wanted, saved money and didn’t feel used after driving away with my new car, UNLIKE OTHER DEALERSHIPS I HAVE DEALT WITH IN THE PAST.
