I was left with an offer I couldn’t refuse!” There was no "sell sell sell sell buy buy buy" vibe. I doubt the entire dealership ever heard of the term peer pressure. I told them what I wanted and they delivered. The entire experience felt like I was talking to my older brother who was guiding me on my own path. The service was excellent, everything was done pretty fast, I was left with little questions, and the dealership offered to help me out with problems involving other dealerships by giving me crucial information! It was at that moment I knew they cared about my interest and not just my money. The best part is how they never forget you. For example, I had about five follow up calls, asking me how the car was running and thanking me for my business. This establishment definitely lives up to the term family. The employee who worked with me was Will Mohammed, a righteous and since guy. He took care of me the entire time and patiently waited for my decision. This guy went above and beyond in helping me buy a car. I told him what another dealer offered and before even knowing what car I wanted, he matched it and threw in a few incentives. He made sure I was introduced to everyone and never made me feel like just a customer. He even helped me with choosing the color of my car pointing out things I had to keep in mind like what color will show dents, scratches, and dirt. I will admit that it feels good to know that I have a mechanic I can trust, friends I can turn to, and a great business I will always recommend. More

Overall Great Dealership! We had been searching for a WHITE Pre-0wned truck for the company to add to our fleet. Alex Pribula had located a 2012 Nissan Frontier in WHITE. Af We had been searching for a WHITE Pre-0wned truck for the company to add to our fleet. Alex Pribula had located a 2012 Nissan Frontier in WHITE. After research and doing some homework, Nissan Route 22's no haggle sales policy and competitive bottom line sales pricing proved to be the best deal thru out the tri-state area! The truck was what we were looking for. We had first taken a test ride with Sales Specialist - Gary. He was most courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant, with no sales pressure what so ever. A second trip to NISSAN, we were greeted by Alex Pribula. Alex had most of the paperwork completed upon arrival, that was required by the dealership. He was also most informative, courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all professional in all aspects of the sale. His positive attitude was reflected throughout the process. Nelson handled the financial end of the sale. He presented several options from which we were able to choose from. He made us feel comfortable and was also most personable and knowledgeable. 5 Lies No promised returned phone calls. Had to wait for 10 days after my temporary registration expired to get my new tags. Was promised by the salesman on No promised returned phone calls. Had to wait for 10 days after my temporary registration expired to get my new tags. Was promised by the salesman on 5 occasions he would investigate and call me back. NEVER did even once. Man identifying himself as general manager promised a return call, but NEVER did. I called again on Thursday and was told my plates would be in on Tuesday and would be sent next day to me. They WEREN'T. Finally called on Thursday and the tags had finally arrived and I asked to have the tags delivered since I was not able to drive my new car for 10 days. Was told they would not deliver the tags. Was told by the GM to just drive the car and Route 22 Nissan would pay the fine if I got stopped. I called the state police and was told if I got stopped the car would have to be towed and I would not be able to use it until I proved it was registered. I also would have had to pay for the towing and storage. Do not buy from this dealer. They don't tell the truth and you will be ignored after the sale. More
