I went back in August because my experience was very pleasant. Richard was very professional and a respectful individual. I purchased a 2011 Altima. The car was great. Unfortunately I was in an accident and in the market for another car. You guess correctly, i went back to Nissan and contacted Richard. Once again he went beyond his call of duty.
